I think if players were allowed to customize anything at all, the tower would be the first thing on the list.

I'm not sure what I could offer...  But I'd like to be a part of this!  I'm generally pretty creative, but I'm not exactly a self-motivator.

Oh!  I'm pretty decent with websites, methinks(considering it's my living).

I like the worms, sure they would probably be the last thing to get in,and sure they are a somewhat radical concept. But the idea kicks ass.

Now, about not allowing air-based units to engage in combat with each other... Why not?

As long as we don't have missiles and machine guns and whatnot, I don't see any reason that two airships couldn't battle. Even if your only ranged weapon is a ballista, you can still get a few of them, tie a rope to the end of the bolt, and latch onto the enemy's airship so you can drag them towards yours and send some troops over.

I'd like to avoid having flying units be anything more than a preliminary wave to keep your opponent busy until you get close enough to dock, but having flying vehicles engage in combat with each other sounds like great fun, especially if groundbased units can be loaded onto them and used to board the other air-based vehicle.

That makes me think of Half-Life 2.

You could get some worm larva or something into a shell and launch it with an onager or trebuchet. On the other island they'd rapidly develop into the larger, more ravenous kind and start eating away at enemy units and structures....

That looks strangely similar to the ships in Hammerfall... :P

If you haven't played Hammerfall than that is one HELL of a coincidence.

That mission sucks, so amazingly hard for the third or fourth mission.

You think thats bad? I gave up on the mission where, using the hammer, you have to smack those little balls up in the air to get enough points to pass the trial. Hell, the mace throwing one was bad enough. (I used the timer-glitch to get that far)

Oh, I think everyone on these forums knows hammerfall, there was a thread or two. I don't have a game now to show it so I drew it in photoshop. Worms can be handy :).

P.S. I've made myself to go to the end. Sadly it's not really "finished" yet.

I very sorry that I haven't been able to contribute recently. I've been working again. I promise to send over some updated terrain tiles this weekend and I'll try to include variants.
