Rilder holds the lead.  That's exactly the kind of late 80's, tangential fantasy art a Dwarf Fortress box would need.

PCDVD?  The compressed folder could fit into four floppys.  That'd be the only way to ship it.

In my opinion these so called 'illustrations' just don't have the drama and tension of ASCII.

I don't care alot about the cover art but IMO the collectors edition should come with a hardcover book of all dev updates.
