I myself don't have a problem when joining mid-game, but some people have syncing problems, probably because of their PC rather than the server.
(the game pauses, they load into the paused state)

EDIT: Server was up and now gone again.
On my Chaos Battalion (I really don't remember where the name came from, this map was originally made in Clonk Endeavour, some 5-6 years ago, so don't bother asking) map, of course.
Descriptor "Jay Bay 12" because I like the rhyme and how close it is to my username.
Password = dwarfort
If you happen to see the Author name on the map, I do believe it shows somebody else's name because of a bug in the Clonk Endeavour editor long ago, so don't worry too much about that either.
