elf blood covering (body part)

After killing a bowman I had a broken arm with an arrow stuck in. I travelled to heal my arm, then when I stopped travelling, pulled out the arrow (Which I should probably have done first). Now, in my inventory, I apparently have an elf blood covering on my...body part. And I'm preeetty sure that I don't have a body part called body part...

Take it to a doctor. Maybe he'll know what it is. I mean, it can't be that important.

I'll note it down.  I guess there's an important point remaining -- what were the races involved?  Hopefully at least one of you was an elf.

I was playing as an elf at the time. I think this also happened while I was playing as a dwarf, except I had a dwarf blood covering (body part) so I guess it was my blood.
