5: The closest rival would be D. Jora's, a chain that focuses on moon pies and other strange alternative pizzas. They even have a deep dish cookie made of the meat and tears of the innocent animals. Truly devious.
4: Lucifer gives you Just 3 Days to tear down or match this pizza chain, since you're so interested. Be careful though, he's an enjoyer.

5-: No shadows approach you as you approach the lighthouse, The door is open, and a switch inside. Flip it?

1-: A complete lack of demons to kill due to the giant greed demon forcing them to buy pizza.

If any soldiers are still there from the government. Grab them and throw them into the hellportal. Let them sort themselves out with the demons, maybe they’ll gain ground against them even? Beats any demons getting upitty of my claim on New York.

Start using pseudopineapple condensed from the screams of the damned, and offer to buy out D. Jora now that they've lost the bulk of their customers.
