You can capture them by using your cruisers as dropships. Invading requires 1-3 cruisers depending on the world size, and when the war is over, any invaded worlds are conquered by the invading party.

War is over when all participants decide it to be over.

Send a new colony ship to Ugeso-aka Aa.
UPDATE: Build a mine on Ugeso-aka Aa. Replace factory on Ugeso-aka C with a Lab. Research mining efficiency.
Send the preexisting scout toward the system one knight's-move southwest.

Questions. What does M and S stand for in the system world map? Do you need to build pods and set don pop to build something on them like shipyards? And what building harvests presmelted metals from lavaworlds? (You say we're 3+1 pop, but only have 3 pop listed in our spoiler? What's that mean.)

M and S mean for medium and small respectively. Small worlds hold 1 building, medium worlds hold 2 and large ones (L) hold 3.

You don't need to make pops, they just appear when you colonise a habitable world or build a dome.

Mines harvest alloys from lava worlds.

As for that last one, my bad lol. It is the homeworld bonus. It doesn't applies to any other world.

Hold on, there seems to be a misunderstanding. The planet names underneath the charts are colored to indicate their ownership, not type  Dark gray is unclaimed, light gray is uncolonisable, and red, blue, lime, teal amd gold are empire colors. You have a Temperate Habitable World as your homeworld. The planet type color guide is on the first post.

No. You need to explicitly colonise a given world to be able to build on it. Also, you forgot to add 1 to your population count.

And also, to clarify, ownerships work in a planet-and-moon basis, not in a system basis. Meaning that two or more empires can have colonies on the same system, if you are willing to compromise, that is.

Hold on, isn't CrystalizedMire also in error? Can we make two ships in a turn? You said:
Shipyard: Produces ships on demand using. Takes up 1 slot. Produces 1-3 ships per turn, depending on shipwright tech level. Built with 2 Alloys and 3 Minerals.
And presumably nobody has more than starting shipwright tech, yes?
