Name: Tiffany Baldwin
Desired Role: Handler
Appearance: A woman whose voice and stature are both reedy. Walks with a slight limp.
Background: Joined the fight with an interest in progressing scientific understanding of Phantasms, after a severe injury of hers was treated with Phantasm-derived biotechnology.
Personality: Sees the phasing out of the original Maidens as them 'ceding the torch' to the first generation of ARMs, so she believes the role of handlers and ARMs is to live up to the first Maidens' accomplishments by finishing the fight. Sees ARMs as humans blessed - and cursed - with higher potential.
Likes: Her cat, details of ARM psychology, soup.
Dislikes: Unnecessary noises.
