Basics:
Between updates, each member may only produce one item at a time. The blacksmith's guild will never post tasks that take place outside of town (that's for the cartographers and the adventurers). To forge an item, simply post that you're making it in bold at the beginning of your post.

Forging Items
To forge an item you need a set of blacksmith's tools (anvil and hammer at minimum, probably also tongs, bellows, a forge, chisels, crucibles, etc.) If you don't have your own you can use the guild's. The equipment determines the max level of item you can produce.

Ingredients
Forged items are made out of ingredients. In general the amount of ingredient points needed to produce an item of level N is N², however certain high quality ingredients may count for more than 1 point. It is currently up to you to determine what ingredients go into your creations, however please make them logical- a sword made entirely out of bat eyes is not going to cut it.

Rules changes
I am fallible and the rules are flexible. Feel free to experiment with things or to ask for changes or to correct me when I inevitably get things wrong.

That's definitely possible. Banjos currently come in two qualities: "decorative" (level 0) and "basic" (level 1). Also, how would you like to pay for this banjo?
