or you mean sid meyers civ? then it would be more like a cardgame within a 4x setting, if you dont have any geopolitics, picking random abstract concepts to evolve along a weird techtree


in either case less than 10 languages would absolutely dominate the plateau

Sid Meyers Civ. It would only half be random concepts though - there's been a clear philosophical evolution through time. It started off all nature and the elements, and then it was all about civilization, and then it was all religion yo. The focus's been shifting over time.

Well since it's a game it's scored then? How many Kants does it take to Spinoza control? Difficult to say but we must stay on our Kierkegaards. New probably trumps old, except when it doesn't.

If you want philosophy wouldn't it be easier to read a book rather than try to make a game into it?
