Should gun ownership rights belong to the original design, or should revisions create "new guns" with individual rights?

One design, one right - a gun and all its revisions only belong to one person at a time.
Each revision creates a new gun with rights different from the original.
I have no opinion.

Alfred Nobel is still offering to build guns of your design for costprice + $8 and ammo for a fixed price of 5$
Maximum capacity: 2 guns and 2 ammo per turn.

For example, our price to produce 4 shipments of VL M18 A2s and 4 shipments ammo for VLM would be $120 and they could be delivered in spring 1922.

NOPE LLC is offering its facilities for production at or below market price. Payment for cost of production would need to be provided up-front.

Rohnmohal, if it has not already delivered it's weapons to the unknown buyer per the contract, it does so immediately.

ACTACTACT

Rohnmohal Armoury
Revision: Rohnmohal K18b
Rifle: Rohnmohal K18a

Attempting to solve the accuracy issue made apparent with the shorter barrel, Rohnmohal tasks it's gunsmiths to look over the barrel's performance to rectify the issue.

Rohnmohal Armoury
Revision: Rohnmohal G18b-FM
Rifle: Rohnmohal G18b

With an aim of tacking the rifles usability issue, the FM edition comes with a handy illustrated booklet on how to use the G18 efficiently and effectively, ensuring the end user can get up to speed with the weapon much more quickly.

ACTACTACT

Massgraves Incorporated
Revision: B1 Holocaust
HMG: A3 Holocaust

While weight has always been a core feature of the A-series of Holocausts, portability and modernization concerns lead to experimentation with aluminum as a lighter and recently more affordable substitute for parts of the gun. The recent shift to bolted construction and more closely formed casing will hopefully make this a smoother process than might otherwise be the case.

ACTACTACT

Design:

Vaux and leander Manufacturing

Design Machinegun VL mg21 A1

7x50mm Ammunition

The VL mg21 is a belt fed machinegun chambered in 7x50mm, and operates with recoil action. To keep the weight down the machinegun is air cooled, in order to ensure sustained fire it has a heavy barrel and a barrel shroud to help disapate heat. Additioanly the barrel is designed to be quick change to ensure that once the barrel does over heat a machinegun crew can quickly replace the barrel with a fresh one instead of having to wait for the gun to cool down. The mg21 come with two mounting points one at the end of the barrel shroud too attach a collapseable bi-pod and one at the bottem of the reciver for mounting the gun on tripods and emplacments. Much like the VL M18 the mg21 come with an adjustable sight that starts at 50m increments by 50 up to 400m. The reciver is designed to be somewhat spacious to make it easier for the guuncrew to access the internal components for ease of maiintenance.

Overall the VL mg21 is designed to be a somewhat light machine gun that is man portable and somewhat easy to maintain on the field.

ACTACTACT: Revise the NOPE Smasher M19 (part B) by making sure the cylinder rests firm in the cylinder stop, and ensure the cylinder stop is made of steel.
This should prevent the cylinder from experiencing excessive wear from normal use, by making sure the bullet being fired is properly and firmly aligned with the barrel.
