It looks like some of those rolls are incorrect. I got a +3 bonus when I only have a +1 to diplomacy (same outcome, though). Kashyyk rolled a 4d6 +3 on economy, but I don't see where the +3 economy bonus comes from? That roll was a stalemate, if I understand the system correctly.
