Toonyman is scum, and is a more dangerous target than Knightwing64.

Maybe we can assume based on the theme of the game that we're dealing with Black Goo here:

Black Goo: Whenever a player targets you with an action, they will join your cult as another black goo regardless of their original team.

So the players are

1 - Goo, probably Black Goo, ??
2 - Inquisitor
3 - Cultafia
4 - Zombie Lord
5 -
6 - ? -
7 - Web - Innocent Child - ??

Of which, probably the Black Goo would have the most chance of converting: Inquisitor will probably kill their targets; Zombie Lord and Inquisitor may optionally kill, and with so few town, it seems they're more likely to try for a kill than a conversion. To add to which, both the Flying Pumpkin and the Vigilante have kills... so we may see up to 5 kill attempts on N1, plus a possible Lover death.

In such an environment, the best chance for town is just to spray and pray probably?

There is no chance for Town unless all the Cults die Today and Tonight, which... like... I guess it's possible. I'm just hoping that I get converted to a cool cult.
