Either wait for everyone, or for (no)one. There is little point in fine-tuning the amount of waiting before we finished even one match.

Well it is a playtest. But carry on for now. (If people are getting wiped because of two people bouncing back and forth it may be time to fine-tune. An alternative approach is limiting the number of turns per day or something.)
