I've since gotten rid of that particular feat (the grabbing and breaking), only the groin's left, and I'm unsure about even that. 'Tis fun, but somewhat disturbing, not to mention unbalancing.

The whole thing with the "special attack" is more like a reason to hate goblins than anything else.
