Name: Insert cool Deity name here
Sphere: Pick one or two spheres
Usual Appearance: Describe your appearance
Symbol: What is the symbol associated with your Deity
Personality: Your personality. Name up to 3 adjectives.
This is a game in the same vein as the legendary Ye Gods. Basically you create a deity and play as it.
You interact with the yet non existant world by doing actions.
ActionsBold your actions, if you forget to do it I won't acknowledge them. I expect everybody to be reasonable with your actions per tick, but you can technically do as many as you want. If you exaggerate and spam your actions I won't hesitate and permutate your action's outcomes, so expect the unexpected. For the first ticks I won't accept secret action's up until the point where I come up with a reasonable system to cope with them.
There is basic actions like interacting with other gods, followers, or listening and answering to prayers. You can spend essence on them, but you don't have to.
Other actions require you to spend Essence.
Essence is the fabric (or essence) of gods. It is your health and your mana. If a god dies by going under 0essence and stays dead for longer than 3 ticks, it will be reborn as a new god. While dead no actions can be done. Other gods may spend essence to a god while dead, to revive it. Worship essence will count towards the revival of a god. So if the god in question is fed by his followers while dead they might survive.
Destroying Sapiants will cost 5essence per 1unit of Sapiant
If you do an action that costs essence you can apply a discount to your action. You need to state it in your action that you want your action discounted
0.8x if you have only one sphere
0.9x for each applicable sphere if you have two (so if it applies to both spheres you get a discount of 0.81x
Mundane animal: 0E -> You create a self sustaining amount of animals and spread them over the world, if you spend essence you may boost the populations significantly
Not-so-mundane animal: Depending on its traits and power you may create not-so-mundane animals for free in small niches of the world, if you want to spread them more you need to spend essence and the more powerful the creature is the more essence it will cost.
Create Sapient Race: 1unit (around 10000 individuals) of Sapients will cost 4essence if it is comparable to the power level of a human. 1 unit will create 1 essence per turn for the gods they worship. Upon creation the species will follow the god that created them.
For ease of concept we will be using the stats STR-DEX-CON-INT-WIS-CHA.
Basic race: 4E/unit: Human Power Level, You either get no special bonus or can apply a +1 for taking a -1 in another stat. No special trait
Advanced race: 6E/unit: Slightly better than Human, You get +2 statpoints and get no other bonus but you can also apply +1 for a -1 in another stat. Natural Special Trait (Natural armors or weapons)
Elite race: 9E/unit: Better than Human, You get +4 statpoints and get no other bonus but you can also apply +1 for a -1 in another stat. You gain 2 Natural Special Trait
Epic race: Mid 13-14E/unit: Average stat total of +6 statpoints and get no other bonus but you can also apply +1 for a -1 in another stat. You gain 1 Supernatural Trait (teleportation, firebreath etc.)

To easen keeping track of all creations use the Creature Sheet
Creature Name: Name of the Creature
Creature Description: Small description of the Animal or Sapiant in Question
Sapiant Powerlevel: Post your +1 and -1 of STR-DEX-CON-INT-WIS-CHA here, leave blank if it is an animal
Special Abilities: Natural and Supernatural Traits come here
Plants and Minerals will generally be free for creation unless they have insane qualities or are to be created in insane amounts. Also use the Plant Sheet when creating new Plants or Minerals
Mineral/Plant Name: Name of the Creature
Mineral/Plant Description: Small description of the Animal or Sapiant in Question
Special Abilities: Natural and Supernatural Traits come here, leave blank for mundane things
Standard tiers:
Basic artifact: Low 0-1E (slightly magical, barely noticeable effects, e.g. conditionally glowing daggers)
Advanced artifact: Low 3-4E (somewhat magical, somewhat noticeable effects, e.g. permanently red-hot swords)
Elite artifact: Low 10-11E (definitely magical, noticeable effects, e.g. dancing swords)
Epic artifact: High 25-26E (very magical, very noticeable effects, e.g homing flaming swords)
Divine artifact: Low 50-51E (unnaturally magical, unnatural effects, e.g .godslayers)
Risky tiers:
Mighty artifact: Low 86-87E (greatly magical, greatly noticeable effects, e.g. better godslayers)
Glorious artifact: Low 137-138E (impressively magical, impressively great effects, e.g. artifacts interacting weakly with abstract concepts)
Awesome artifact: Low 200-210E (powerfully magical, singularly powerful effects, e.g. artifacts interacting strongly with abstract concepts)
Almighty artifact: Low 290-300E (uniquely magical, unique effects, e.g. Bubble-affecting artifacts)
When making agents/heroes from races, the base tier is the tier of the race used.
Agents made at risky tiers may suffer from such problems as being too intelligent to obey, being lazy and unreliable, pursuing corrupt paths, and assorted unintended side-effects,
Transferring caps to creations can generally be done at a 2:1 ratio in each direction (i.e. spend 4 caps to produce a 2-cap object, receive 1 cap back by sacrificing said object)
Standard tiers:
Basic agent/hero: High 1-2E
Advanced agent/hero: Low 3-4E
Elite hero: High 5-6E
Epic hero: Low 10-11E
Divine hero: Low 18-19E
Risky tiers:
Mighty hero: Low 34-35E
Glorious hero: Low 61-62E
Awesome hero: Low 110-120E

Price checksPost a race description here on OOC to check which tier they fall under (unless you're brave or certain enough about the tier)
Policies
Failure to adhere to policy will result in a WARNING. Accumulating three WARNINGs will result in a suspension of three days. WARNINGs dissipate once a week.
1. Keep IC in IC and OOC in OOC.
2. No fighting OOC.
3. No pop cultural/fictional references after, oh, say, 1930 without explicit permission.
4. No ridiculous Colours for your speech, this is more of a soft rule but be reasonable because I will have a lot less enjoyment of reading stupid colours.
InactivityInactivity, defined here as a lack of posting activity on IC for at least a week, will result in being flagged as inactive (instantly reversible, of course). While flagged as inactive, other gods are free to generally wreak havoc on your creations and your character.
Should you need to be away from the game for some time, send a notice requesting safe stasis. The minimum time allowed for stasis is 24 hours. Posting IC or performing IC actions during stasis before 24 hours has ended will result in stasis being canceled and those actions being categorically ignored, a very unsafe state. Safe stasis results in complete character noninteractivity (e.g. no attacks or Essence transfers in either direction) and greatly reduces the likelihood of harm to creations.
EssenceEach god will start with 20 essence. A god will gain essence through followers or actions appropriate of its spheres. This system needs to be established however and is up to discussion for the playerbase.
MagicAs long as no magic system is established there is no magic but the magic of gods. By creating a system and pushing essence into it you make it appear in the world. If a majority of gods agrees to a magic system it will be created for free
Thank you KJP for giving us Ye Gods, and alot of these stats, I hope you apreciate it that I am trying to recreate the old hype.
Please post your God Sheets here. After a while I will create the other thread where you all can post IC.
