Ooh, does that mean Unraveller gets another 5B of misappropriated aid to spend?  I mean, kids can learn in Vaults, right?  Ergo, if The People's Republic of Regret built say 3 vaults, and maybe 2 [classified sites] to educate their young, they'd have 3B they could move off their vault funding.  And it's really not their fault if not everything gets built near Ignoranropolis, maybe some of the crews accidentally had orders to build sites outside [classified cities] instead.

Or maybe Unraveller could build their warheads with child labor.  That would count as 4B towards schools, right?  I mean, giving the kids the life skill of nuclear engineering has to be worth at least that much, right?
...Uh, basically you two can do whatever sneaky sneak you want, but you've got to give a bit more details so the rest of us know where to drop the bombs.

Serpenstan: no notes
Brain: I don't entirely understand your orders, but I'm currently assuming you want to: research interceptors, and vote to raise DEFCON. Note that raising DEFCON "costs" $1B, so you won't finish interceptors this turn.
New Good Nation: no notes
People's Republic of Regret: just need your DEFON vote (but I will assume you abstained, if you don't post anything.)
Peaceland: Until your explanation I assumed you wanted to transfer $5B to PRR (which is allowed, but they will only get the money next turn,) but, sure, I can let you burn off $5B for no effect too. And I need your DEFCON vote (again, will assume you abstained)

Turn coming today.

It didn't take all that long for the foreign parties of Peaceland to arrive in the lone city of Ignorantropolis. With as much resources and cold hard cash they brought with them, the people of the city lauded them as gods. The common perception seemed to be that if the Ignorants could just manage to pull themselves up by the gnarly bootstraps that were tying them down, they'd be able to have all that money too!

Indeed, schools were built across the city! Education centers and more. However, as Ignorantropolis has an extreme anti-immigration policy, they were made to teach themselves. The echo chambers that these schools became actually managed to collectively lower the intelligence of the Ignorants by about three points.

Meanwhile, the Republic took most of the spending to finance their plots. . .

Spend $7 Billion researching ICBM (10/10)

Spend $3 Billion creating Constructing Silo β, Silo δ, and Silo γ

Finally spend an additional $4 Billion creating 4 more warheads.

$1 Billion is sent back to Peaceland, with the attached note, 'This is this year's dividends on your investment.'

The PRR also votes to Lower Defcon

Wouldn’t it be funny if we all got ready for war and then signed the agreement? We could then harvest the uranium for fission power(not an in game mechanic I know)

I mean, If people keep not voting through disarmament we might need to lower defcon, just temporarily, in order to remove certain obstacles to peace. But you and I, we are reasonable nations, right? :)
