Kulspruta-900
The Kulspruta machine gun is a gas operated, tilting bolt machine gun firing the same 6.5x55mm rimless rounds as the Kortrevar and weighs approximately 12 kilograms unloaded.  It feeds from a non-desintigrating metal belts of varying sizes depending on use case which can be linked up to other belts to allow for continuous fire. The barrel is non-reciprocating and is encased in a water jacket to prevent overheating. A hose can be optionally attached to the water jacket to direct the steam from boiled water away from the weapon and shooter, preventing the enemy from easily locating the gun.

The gun is mounted on a tripod which allows the shooter to either fire along a set elevation or manual control  of elevation. The gun can be removed from the mount using two pins to be carried or optionally used in a semi-mobile form. Iron sights on the gun range from 100 meters to 2000 meters. Reliability is prioritized over rate of fire.[/quote]

The Kulspruta-900 is a fine example of a a modern machinegun compared to what other nations on the continent are fielding, though with a few flaws of the design. For on its much heavier than we intended, sitting at around 30 pounds without water and an undecipherable amount of kilograms and 40 pounds with water and the tripod itself weighting the same as the gun itself. The metal belts themselves are also a point of unreliability being made of a sub par material and prone to being bent or misshapen easily, thus ammunition is strictly stored in 120 round wooden carry boxes to keep them safe from outside damage. This requires more frequent reloading of the weapon but it doesn't slow down reloading to an extreme degree. The steam removal system is also ditched and a simple compressor added to collect steam in a separate water can as the water jacked is found to not hold enough water to fire for more than 1000 rounds and requires refilling as the barrel will only last for another 300 rounds.

Kulspruta-900: Firing the same 6.5mm round as the "Arbetshäst" rifle this heavy machinegun is a beast capable of firing a thousand rounds of ammunition from its 100 round belts before the water in its jacket evaporates fully and needs to be refilled. Paired with weight issues and poor quality metal belts this weapon is best suited to defense and only to be moved up to newly taken ground once it has been secured by infantry. It is Expensive at 4 Ore.

Rapier: A slender straight sword used by officers and cavalry alike, currently its the only weapon available to be used by the cavalry, other than the "Arbetshäst" which is too long for their use. It is Cheap at 1 Ore.

The M1899 8.0cm Fält Kanone Mk.I: A 8.0cm cannon which fires shrapnel and HE shells which are fixed one-piece ammunition. It uses smokeless powder as a propellant for its shells and has a hydraulic piston to help dampen recoil and prevent having to make major re-adjustments after each shot. It is Expensive at 4 Ore

Old Pattern Vornfolk Combat Dress: The standard dress of the infantry Lineman, Officers and Cavalry. Consisting of a pair of white trousers and undershirt, deep blue vest with gold sashes and a black stovepipe Shako with the crest of the Grand Duke on its front. This making the glorious troopers of the Grand Duchy visible for all to see clearly on the battlefield. No Cost.

New Pattern Vornfolk Field Combat Dress: A new model uniform made up of a gray-green tunic and trousers made of hardwearing material with a softer undershirt, and a greatcoat in cold weather and a greatcoat cut into a vest for summer weather. The greatcoat has ammunition bandoleers sown into its fabric providing ready ammunition for its wearers. They also have a wide brimmed Pith helmet of which the forehead is made up of a shiny steel plate with the Duke's crest on the front as well as a soft furred cap for winter. The cavalry has the same model dress but in the same colors as the old model. It is Cheap at 1 Ore due to the steel needed for the helmets.

Transport Barge: A medium sized barge used for transporting men and equipment from the homeland to the Volcanic Island. It has no defenses other than a small marine contingent with standard issue rifles. It is Cheap at 3 Ore and 2 Fuel.

M1900 Karbinhake
The M1900 Karbinhake is a shortened M1899 Kortrevar that has been reduced to 40 inches and has had a sling attached for ease of use by cavalry. The most notable difference from the M1899 pattern is the 8 round Enblock clip used to load the rifle instead of individually loading 12 rounds. This has reduced total capacity to 8 rounds, however the ability to load the rifle rapidly by cavalry in the heat of battle is seen as an acceptable tradeoff.

The Enblock is inserted into the ejection port of the weapon down into the internal magazine and is the same on the top and bottom, so the user does not need to figure out which side is "up". When the last round is fired and the bolt is pulled to the rear, the now empty Enblock is ejected from the ejection port of the weapon.

Kulspruta-900E
An upgraded Kulspruta-900 designed for improved sustained fire in emplaced positions. A gunshield has been added to the gun to provide protection to the gunner. The feed belts have been improved for greater reliability and packaged in such a way as to allow easy linkage to another box of ammunition for continuous fire. A reserve water tank with a simple hand pump has been provided to allow for easy refilling of the water tank without exposing oneself to enemy fire.

The Kulspruta-900 Rörlig is an adequate example of a lightened machinegun. The belts itself were easy to work out for both this model and the base Kulspruta model. The bottom attached box magazine is moved to the side of the weapon for ease of ergonomics, the heavier barrel is good for dispersing heat but not over more than a few hundred consecutive rounds after that it has some overheating issues. The bipod itself is usable but of a poor design and doesn't help too much with recoil. The carry sling helps huck it across open terrain but firing on the move wont take place, instead moving and setting up will be more likely.

The water jacket is replaced by a finned heavy barrel designed to disperse heat and comes with a mostly effective bipod. The barrel allows it to fire off around 300ish rounds before needing it to be left to cool. It has no quick-change barrel. It also comes with a carry sling. It is Expensive at 4 Ore.

War Rocket Ajax - Stick Launchers
Ajax type war Rockets come in sub-models of light, medium, and heavy, but in all cases consist of a sheet iron case containing a rocket fueled by a specialized recipe akin to the new fad of smokeless powder and a high explosive, explosive incendiary, or canister type warhead. These rockets can be fired by infantry through the use of special launching sticks that are portable and usable by infantry without needing any more specialized or heavy equipment. While not expected to completely replace more normal types of artillery, it is considered highly likely to be useful to have a barrage fire weapon that can be used in almost all terrain types by lone infantry units without the need to deploy heavy and hard to transport war machines up mountains and suchforth.

Ajax type war Rockets come in sub-models of light, medium, and heavy, but in all cases consist of a sheet iron case containing a rocket fueled by a specialized recipe akin to the new fad of smokeless powder and a high explosive, explosive incendiary, or canister type warhead. These rockets can be fired through the use of wooden wagons which hold racks loaded with rockets, allowing for controllable barrage fire. Two kinds of wagons are delivered with the rockets, a small sized one that holds four racks each of which hold four rockets, allowing for barrages of up to sixteen rockets at once, and a larger wagon that holds six racks each of which holds six rockets, allowing for thirty six rocket barrages to be launched on demand. These larger wagons are somewhat harder to maneuver and transport however, and their heavier racks make them harder to reload.

Of course, each rack can also be triggered individually if needed to allow for a more controllable firing rate.

Rocket Wagon
The most commonly seen type of Rocket Wagon consists of a wooden wagon with slide-mounts for four wooden racks, each holding four 'Ajax' type war rockets. Each rack can be loaded and unloaded simply by sliding it into the respective mount for the rack on the wagon, and each rack can be fired separately or all together, allowing barrages of up to sixteen rockets at once to be fired at foes if desired. Larger and smaller variants are also known, the largest produced version holding eight racks of eight rockets for a total barrage size of 64, but such wagons are far to heavy to be easily maneuvered and their racks are too heavy to be easily reloaded, and so the medium sized wagon remains the most common.

I believe the wagon launcher will prove useful to us.

Tunneler's Gear

As war on the surface turns into a bloody stalemate, it becomes apparent that we need to dig in and entrench ourselves to prevent losing any hard-fought ground. To facilitate this, we have created a set of tools to both fortify our own positions and undermine our enemy's, dependent on terrain. Softer earth calls for the use of the "clay kicking" technique, where one digger is reclined on a board and uses a scoop-like shovel at their feet to dig through the soil and clay without causing too much disturbance - or noise. When harder earth and stone are met, short-handled mattocks are used to break down the rock.

Tunneler's Gear also includes measuring equipment, surface maps, and flashlights to aid in accurately digging to and under enemy fortifications. Tunneler's Gear, finally, includes satchel charges containing a dozen sticks of relatively stable TNT. The sticks can be connected to a blasting machine with a spool of wire, and pushing down on the T-shaped handle of the machine will set off the electrical generator inside, sending a charge down the line and triggering the explosives. Tunnelers can wire more or less TNT to the machine based on need, 12 is just the standard number given out in any one satchel.

The Hagel is a light 6cm mortar intended to provide our men a portable artillery that that can lob explosive shell into trenches more reliably than our current field guns. design wise the mortar is pretty simple a 65cm(25.6 inches) long tube with a pin at the bottom with a base plate and bi-pod, the most complex aspect of the design is that the ability to adjust the elevation and between 50 to 80 degrees and bubble levels. as the tube is smooth bored the shells are fin stabilized to ensure accurate fire additionally gunners are able to add or remove propellant charges for variable power. in terms of weight the goal is that it should take at most two people to transport the mortar and another to carry the ammo. in terms of Ammo the mortar only has HE shells with an impact fuse at the nose.

The Ajax Wagon Launcher is quite the weapon. Though its found in designing that designing multiple wagon types is too inefficient for wartime production as well as the multiple sized warheads being quite redundant considering the types of foes being faced and the nature of warfare. Though the lightest rack has been retained for infantry use being turned into single use portable racks in which the infantry rest on a pair of poles and fire using a small electric detonator box, the main wagon launcher itself will be mostly using the heavy rockets for maximum damage when shelling enemy positions after being dug into fortified positions behind the frontline. Though in order to make the lighter racks man portable the racks have been reduced to groups of 4 rockets.
