It's simple. I want a way to start playing as a vampire in Adventure Mode, 'cause I enjoy playing as one and becoming one manually is, like, really tedious and hard.

You can get vampirism by just rolling dice now, FYI. It's 50/50 on getting vampire versus werebeast, I think.

Also, keep in mind that you should make your suggestion thread titles actually state what they contain.  Toady is not reading every suggestion thread, he's searching for things people have suggested when he's thinking about certain topics, and making titles like "another random suggestion" is generally the sort of thing people dismiss without reading out of hand.  For that matter, searching for an existing thread and contributing to the conversations that came before (don't worry about necros in suggestion land) can provide more use as a suggestion than just making a new thread, as suggestion threads are generally only useful when they actually explore the mechanics and get feedback from a lot of users, rather than just having a single random statement with no follow-up.  (Just searching "becoming vampire" gets 44 suggestion threads, and even if only 1/3rd of them are close enough to apply, that's still 14.33 threads you could expand upon.)

Interesting.  Where do you get that from?  I checked the wiki article on dice, and vampirism wasn’t on the list of possible effects (nor was lycanthropy).
