[The_Two_Eternities]

In Roll to Multitask, your goal is to do as many things as possible, and to fight your fellow players, preferably both at the same time. Well, technically, the goal of this game is for you to do that. You presumably have goals of your own.

Name: Your character’s name.
Description: Whichever parts of your character you want to describe. Appearance? Personality? Backstory?
Current goal(s): Your character’s goals at the moment. Each goal should be given a timeframe (Short-term, Medium-term, Long-term) and a difficulty relative to your current power (Trivial, Easy, Moderate, Inordinate). Unless they relate to harming another player, you can choose any timeframe and difficulty for a goal, such as “Open my refrigerator (Long-term, Hard)” or “Give myself super-strength (Short-term, Trivial)”.
Starting benefits: You may choose a benefit approximately equal to ”achievable for a human with high potential, good luck, and multiple decades of work” applied to a somewhat broad area, or three benefits each approximately equal to “achievable for a human with above-average potential and a year of work” applied to a somewhat broad area, in order to formalize the benefits of your backstory.

Each player has one or more goals at all times. Upon the completion of a goal:
the player may add up to two goals
& the player may remove up to one goal
& the player may select a benefit appropriate to the goal, the power of which will be determined by the goal’s timeframe and difficulty. If the goal was related to harming another player, the benefit is more powerful.

Benefits can be, mechanics-wise… pretty much anything you want, within reason. Increase the baseline for all rolls related to a certain thing, make critical failures regarding a certain thing less likely, even add in a new mechanic entirely… etc.

Baseline player capability: 1 action per turn, and the result of that action is determined by rolling 1d6: 1 is “critical failure relative to a human”, 2 is “failure relative to a human”, 3 is “partial success relative to a human”, 4 is “success relative to a human”, 5 is “critical success relative to a human”, and 6 is “overshoot relative to a human”.

Oh, and one thing. There are others with goals of their own. Some of them are desperate.

Fun fact: I rolled a 5 just to check if the die would land flat on the carpet I was rolling it onto, so the die I used has alternated between critical successes and critical failures four rolls in a row now.
