How Can I Create A World As Real Life Looking As Possible?

Not just world editor but also by modding. I allow it to be randomly generated.

Does anybody know how to become an elephant man in adventure mode? I literally did all advanced world settings possible to increase chances.

Do you mean you want to create Earth or that you want something that looks like it could be on Earth?

In future developments, there'll apparently be a "Fantasy"-slider that can be dialled down to something akin to 'mundane'.

Not yet sure (and not yet sure Toady is yet sure) what exactly that will entail.  Geology will probably be lacking the HSF/etc while very similar at first sight (or even improved, regardless of fantasticality level). Social Geography will be a bit more 'normal'. It will likely lack the whole Necromancy thing (at least as a real thing, may still surive as a play-acting position) and all the other -Mancies that are added to the greater game.  Maybe the races will be somewhat culled, or remade as actual sub-societies of miners, hippies, townies, cave-living brigands or primitive tribes. Trade and war and religious sites (sans-curses/etc, but ultimately the same psychological pampering/pummeling besides that) will probably remain otherwise untouched...
