((Sorry for the delay. I wrote this some time ago, but I didn't post it because I didn't think it was good enough. I still don't, to be honest, but I can't think of a way to improve it and this game is long overdue for an update.))
Kohren leads you to the village, leaving the other two to scavange.
The walk to the village is, for the most part, uneventful. The only interesting thing of note is a flock of a kind of bird you spotted, resembing nothing so much as an oversized flamingo. It's large enough that one could comfortably ride on one, and you see a villager doing just that.
The buildings of the village are simple, built of wood and occasional stone. Many of the buildings closest to the centre of the village are partially constructed out of some kind of salvaged metal. Kohren leads you inside one in particular - pointing to it, then himself to indicate it is his - before leading you up a set of stairs. He then indicates that one bedroom is yours. It is relatively spartan inside, containing a dresser, bed, and not much else.
He then begins to walk back in the direction of the wreckage, leaving you to your own devices.
Your name is Caroline.
You have total amnesia.
