The Dorathhian Kingdom's Army marches north toward the Hamsterfolk Shamans' Capital, A beautiful city situated in the great valley. Despite the Dorathian Kingdom's previous successes they would not fare so well against the capital. The capital city of the Hamsterfolk Shamans is not all that well fortified on the account of them being largely peaceful, but it is more than enough to hold back the armies of Dorathhian Kingdom's Crusaders.
They marched in cautiously, not sure what to expect, afraid to commit to any offense, and in some ways it paid off, the Coalition of the Lakes could not break their defences despite their far more aggressive fighting that left them much more open than the cautious Dorathhian Kingdom, who did little to capitalize on this weakness. But the capital city would remain out of the Dorathhian Kingdom's grasp yet, for they were forced back and out of the city.

The Great Diplomatic Army attempts to resupply
1d20=20!
The Great Diplomatic army has scored incredible successes thus far and it has paid off. New troops and supply caravans march through the occupied lands in confidence and toward the front line in droves! And with so much land taken, there is much to loot.
The Great Diplomatic Army sends a message to the Black Qhanganate
1d20=4
The response read as follows:
To whatever fool that leads The "Great" Diplomatic "Army"
If you truly wish for peace, retreat your forces from our lands and retract your claims on our territory so that we can deal with the other vermin without your interference.
We promise the same thing to you as Khagatai did to Thairmar: Once we take victory over our enemies, we will bathe your little disease in chaos flame and leave you with more memories from our great dragons than you could ever use. After all, what good is it to conquer a world consumed by some insolent plants.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may take your "peace treaties" and forcefully insert them all into the soft, pink rear that you humans have, whatever it is that you have there.

The Red Court 2d20=(16+2=18)+(9-1=8)
The Army of the Kingdom of Arghila continues its march further north into the lands of the Red Court, endless dunes of sand with occasional towns, villages and cities dotted around. It is there in the desert sands that the defence armies of the Red Court met them. With the blazing desert heat and with Arghila's army struggling to provide water to its troops, due to the Desert Shades' sabotage, they were feeling the strain.
But so was were the armies of the Red Court, everything about their army was wrong: wrong compositions, bad placement, badly managed equipment, everything, however, despite this utter, walking disaster of military mismanagement, it were the troops that carried that battle and took decisive victory, with their ferocious offensive wave of troops.
The Kingdom of Arghila clearly weren't fighting at their best, whether it was the desert heat or something else, their offensive was unable to take advantage of the glaring weaknesses in their enemy's army and their own positions were less than ideal and were utterly decimated for it.
The Army of the Kingdom of Arghila could not gain any ground in the war and their forces are in tatters.
King of Arghila sends a message to Rheis and his paladins
1d20=17
The bird returns sometime later, completely unharmed to King of Arghila, carrying another message:
To the esteemed King of Arghila, Ludicrous-Sales Halloween.
Your Highness, Please pardon my crudeness, but your name is truly strange, is everything within your Kingdom named in such a ridiculous way?
In regards to your inquiry into my and my paladins' alliances, I will not deny that it seems unbelievable that an order of Warriors of Light would be in bed with something that, on the surface, they've sworn to destroy.
However were things that simple, i would not be writing this to you and we would instead be marching on the field of battle together, shoulder to shoulder.
But Arythia and her Magi are not as EVIL as their ties to chaos would imply and are instead under siege by those that would be their allies... And perhaps that is the reason they are attacking her court, she is not like them.
But in many ways it is also a temporary alliance, The Red Court, to us is just a staging ground for our assault against the EVIL that threatens this land, The Aetherials.
Perhaps we could agree to a truce? That our armies would not engage in battle with each other.
Regardless of your answer, my paladins will not attack you for the time being, to give your forces some breathing room, which if the latest news from the Red Court are anything to go by, is something your army desperately needs at this time. I would not attack your army, as battered as it is now, my honor would not allow it.
I have heard rumors that you seek something within The Red Court, an artifact? The truth is, i myself seek to gain something from The Red Court that they gained a long time ago, The Cleansing Star. i had hoped that Arythia would grant it to my Paladins for helping her in the war.
Tell me truthfully, what it is that you seek to get from The Red Court?
And finally if it is not too much, would you as the King of Arghila, of the great and prosperous nation by the sea, be willing to recognize any lands my paladins take in this war, as an independent nation, and provide military backing, should it come to that?

Kingdom of Thairmar 2d20=15+9
vs.
The Red Court 2d20=(10+2=12)+(10-1=9)
Thairmar's forces try to attack The Red Court again from the east. The knights walk through the same fields that they fought on before, still littered with the skeletons and rotting corpses of the previous battle. And just like last time, the forces of The Red Court were there to meet them again, and the sands would be bloodied once more, but this time it wouldn't be Thairmar that would be retreating. While there was nothing extraordinary about the armies of Thairmar, they were just an average army of knights and footmen, but The Red court was still licking their wounds after their fight with Arghila's forces and still suffering the effects of their army's mismanagement, however, the warriors of the Red Court were still numerous, but all the damage they did to Thairmar, was because of those numbers, and in spite of their shortcomings.
It seems that their prior defeat at the hands of The Red Court only made the warriors of Thairmar crave victory even more, and this time, they delivered but in their fury, they let their defence suffer.
The Red Court however, was clearly battered by the fight with Thairmar, they fought well but they just didn't have the same kind of energy that they did in that fight and their numbers helped only marginally, and because the epic failure that was their attempt at reorganizing the army, their cohesion suffered greatly in this battle, which the knights from Thairmar were quick to exploit.
In the end, the Red Court was forced to retreat, and the forces of Thairmar occupied a fair chunk of The Red Court's lands, but it came at a great price, as now, there are far fewer of Thairmar's warriors left than were lost in the fighting.

The Aetherial Cannon Artillery 1d20=8
vs.
The Great Diplomatic Army 1d20=2+2=4
When it comes to cannons, it is something that nobody has much experience with. The Aetherial consciousness is as of yet unsure how to best operate the cannons, but they are slowly learning. But The Great Diplomatic Army had never faced such an opponent before, an opponent they couldn't even see, and rained only large balls of metal upon them. Only their numbers and their panicked cowering saved some of their lives, but of course the greatest saving of lives was from the Aetherials being unable to best utilize the cannons yet. However, even as unexperienced as they are, the Aetherials manage to do significant damage to The Great Diplomatic Army.
((I've decided that Artillery only does 50% damage like Guerillas, because being able to kill an enemy force without taking any damage in basically a single shot is too much. They should still pose a significant threat.
I guess Guerillas need a small buff now... ahh the hell of game balancing... any suggestions?))

Larger Army: +2 Attack +2 Defence
Rheis's Paladins 2d20=11+11
vs.
Black Qhanganate 2d20=(2+2=4)+(4+2=6)
The Army of Paladins marches north with the intent to take the section of land that was left untaken in the last battle. The land there is strange, part of it is corrupted by chaos, one part by.. whatever kind of "black" Corruption is going on with the Black Qhanganate and the remaining is relatively normal sand dunes. With the Black Qhanganate's forces so shattered, the Paladins were hardly taking them seriously any more, so in all senses of the word, they just waltzed into the territory and claimed it for the Red Court, or themselves? Of course, thats not to say there weren't enemies to fight, there were still plenty of corrupted defenders to fight. The performance of the Paladins was mediocre in every sense, they really did not take their enemy seriously and for good reason, the Black Qhanganate with its forces so heavily decimated could not put up much of a fight against the Paladins. And despite their enemy no longer being so invincible, the damage they dealt to the Paladins was not very much.
The Paladins have taken the northern bit of territory and shattered the Black Qhanganate's defenders, lazily. The Black Qhanganate's defenders will still fight, but they hardly have an army anymore.
