A slight change: we will be using Handbook 2.3.1, which has a fix for class/promo stats and such. This renders Knight's MOV houserule obsolete, btw.

Zodiac skills are an unfinished and unbalanced idea. Therefore, while I might use it in the future, Zodiac Character Skills will not be present in FEF4re.

Recruitment and start of the game are both shifted one week earlier! Recruitment will be open on 7th February and we will get the game going around 21st February.
