The "treaty" is just an agreement between players, everything else is 3 separate treaties between the 3 in game warlord factions.

If you do not want a treaty with Venti and TricMagic that is fine, but it makes me wonder why.

Also no I don't intend any invasions anytime soon of my southern neighbor.

With a single treaty, they can deploy armies at all their supply centers. Likewise, they will have an increased research rate. This means they can capture land more quickly, and better defend themselves.

Granted, the same applies to you. I don't see why an increased research rate would be bad though, discounting the fact that giving away spells for free is a bad idea.

Two armies can’t be in the same region at once and therefore can’t attack the monster twice, I consider it dangling around the region but that army is really just maneuvering southwards not trying to acquire land-adjacent territory sorry.

If you're wanting to attack the Monster, you can just send it to 6. Either both armies then continue the conga line to 37, or whether you were planning on going, or you can then immediately throw that army at the monster again.
