Gods: Beings hailing from the Divine or Upper planes, Gods can be both Cruel and benevolent, gods can be divided between Creators, and Changers.  Gods have difficulty traveling between planes as they are deeply bound to the OWLs, and are Poisoned by the toxic atmosphere of the infernal planes.
SubType-Creator: Creator Gods are among the best when it comes to making- and their creations tend to stand stronger for longer then others
SubType-Changer: Changer Gods are experts when it comes to making new things out of old- and tend to have an easier time with stubborn materials.
Devils: Beings hailing from the Infernal or Lower planes, Devils can be both kind and cruel.  Devils can be divided between Pact binders- better known as Pacters, and Destroyers.  Devils have difficulty traveling between planes as they are Tightly held by the OWLs, and can’t breath under the purity of the upper planes.
   SubType-Pacter: Pacter Devils possess gib tongues and easily talk mortals into following their suggestions.
SubType-Destroyer: Destroyer Devils possess great strength in destruction- more easily shattering what others made before them.
Others:
   Legends: Mortals who have gone far beyond the limits of their mortality, While they may not have any specialization they make up for that in having the freedom to enter or leave any of the planes at will.

   Titans: Primal beings born almost at random into the mortal planes- while unable to leave they excel in both creating and destroying.

2 acts: Regional turmoil and destruction or blessing that affects a region.

Creation of Life:
5 acts: Demi-god.

3 acts: A plethora of basic and mundane species (Ecosystem kickstarter)

Landmark Creation:
5 acts: A new landmark that could affect the entire world or is extremely powerful.

5 acts: A powerful artifact that has the potential to affect large parts of the world.

Magic:
4 acts: A source of magic (lay lines, magic crystals, giant tree, solar power, free floating mana, ect. ect.)
2 acts: A minor spell of your design.
1 act: A minor spell designed by your followers with some of your influence.
Minor act: A random minor spell.
*Magic is going to be balanced by me to prevent OP spells from winning the game. Magic is mortal, and unlike divinity, not perfect.


Resurrection:
Can be done on historical figures only. So heroes, demi-gods, monstrosities, that sort of thing. Cost is 75% of original cost rounded up. Mass resurrections are incredibly difficult even for gods.


Heros:
Various Cost: A mortal which you can influence and communicate with directly.


Servants:
5 acts: Avatar - a “second body” you can use, may be described AS you, won’t rebel.
4 acts: High will - A servant with total freedom about how it goes about its duties, MAY REBEL
3 acts: Moderate will - A servant with the capacity to do its job and respond to issues
2 acts: Low will - A servant Incapable of going anything beyond its job, may request judgement when it suffers from things beyond the scope of its job.
1 act: No will - A servant that can only do its job- it will not cease should conditions radically change.

All players start with 4 Acts, and 2 Sphere Acts within their appropriate Plane of existence


Resources:
Acts- The Standard currency of powerful entities. All players gain one per turn however there are rumored ways to increase ones income.
Sphere Acts- a Special resource Tied to your spheres, can not be traded to other players. Can be produced at a 3-2 ratio.  When used for a [Sphere] actions- they count as 2 acts each, when used for unrelated actions they count as 1.5 Acts each, When used for actions opposing [Sphere] they count as 0.5 Acts each.
Manuel Actions: May be any action upto the value of ONE act freely done, but limits where you can be in the world for the cycle of its use.

Class/SubType Mechanics
Gods- General: May not enter the mortal plane without a Gateway, Suffer wounds from being in Infernal plane
Gods- Creators: Creations gain +1 die in combat, +1 die vs forced changes
Gods- Changers: Attempts at changing creations use twice the dice.
Devils- General: May not enter the mortal plane without a Gateway, Suffer wounds from being in Divine plane
Devils- Pacters: Attempts at influencing mortals, monsters and ect use twice the dice.
Devils- Destroyers: Actions and Artifacts cause +1 die in combat, attacks do Twice the wounds in direct combat.
Others- Legends: May move to any plane without any requirement
Others- Titans: May NOT leave mortal plane, Gains all bonuses of Creators and Destroyers


Combat-
2 1d20 rolls assigned to attack and defence per side involved- modified based off other factors (artifacts, magic, tactics, terrain, ect)
Wounds- Wounds are defined as the measure of how much health something may have, players can have 10 Wounds, Demi-gods 5 Wounds, Powerful beings 3 Wounds, Semi and full megabeasts may have 1 Wound, Everything else dies at less than 1.


Exploration-
There are MANY things hidden around in subspaces just beyond the normal universe- some good and some bad, many are minor planes shadowing off one of the three major planes, Sometimes you can find them by metaphorically knocking on the walls- but just as many will tear open at random for anyone to enter.


What the Hell is an OWL?
An OWL is an Origin World Law, There are three of them.
THE FIRST: Time Shall not be violated- neither shall one change the past- nor force the future
THE SECOND: One shall not defile the source of their power by mixing that which creates with that which destroys.
THE THIRD: The Death of one's Soul shall be thy end- Woe be those who defile this law.
