I've decided to start a game of 1000 Blank White Cards, since I've really been hankering for some more of it. I won't be starting until we have at least four players. Before we start playing though, I do want to point out that this is, by its very nature, a silly game. Don't take it too seriously, have some fun, screw around! If I don't see at least one card from somebody that isn't myself that's literally just from another game entirely I'll be disappointed.

These are the rules! They are subject to change depending on what is needed and what cards are played.

Winning
The player who best matches the win condition at the end of the game(when enough players decide they're bored of the current session) is the one who wins. The default win condition is to have the most points out of everyone.

Scoring
Players have a point total equal to the value of the cards in front of them + the value of their Floating Point Pool. This value may be negative.

Card Making
Each player must submit a minimum of three(valid) cards to join.
Each player should submit a minimum of one card every turn.
You don't need to make your own images for the cards, you can take pictures from google images and put them on a card if you want. You can even just take entire cards off the internet(both from this game, or existing cards from other games entirely!)
Cards that have no connection to the rules, as they started or even as currently established, are fine.
No cards that cause instant victory when played unless they have a specific enough condition, I'll head off any cards that I think break this rule before they hit play.
No cards that instantly remove a player from the game.
Making cards that target a specific individual is perfectly valid.

Playing the Game
Each player begins with five cards from the deck. The deck is shared between all players.
Unless otherwise specified:
* a player may play 2 cards per turn.
* a player draws two cards every turn after the first
* you must make it clear that you are playing a card.
* the effects of said card effect the player targeted unless specified otherwise.
* the card may or may not stay on the players field, depending.
* destroyed or discarded cards are removed to a trash pile
* cards that cause a player to discard are at your choice - either from the targets hand or in play
* If 3/4ths of the players plus myself agree that a card is stupid, it is destroyed and its effects ignored. This is called the "This Sucks" rule.
* You have 3 real life days, roughly, to finish your turns. Players who wait until the last day to take their turn will only be allowed to play 1 card per hour. (to discourage big surprises)
* If there is a disagreement over how a card works, it will be determined by consensus. GM will break ties. Note that the original creator of the card has no more say in hows its interpreted than anyone else.
* Rules added this turn will be in red. Rules added last turn will be in blue.
* A turn will end early if all players choose ask for the turn to end with a End Turn

How does this game work? I mean, if the minimum needed is three, and you start by drawing five? Also, IN.

There can be more than one of each card in the deck(at my own discretion), and I will be throwing some cards of my own into the mix, though I might bump the submission requirement up to four.

*actually, I think I'll lower the number of cards drawn and played per turn too.

Don't forget to make and/or submit your cards though.
