turn four
Buy the book, tell the other person they can look at it until I’m ready to leave, then go see if I can find anything interesting in the rest of the store.
(6) (-1 next turn)
“You said a hundred dollars?”
“Yep.”
“I’ll give you 50.”
“75”
“20”
“30”
“Deal”
You buy the book, at a ridiculously low bargain, but you also buy some ridiculous romance novels and a completely useless map of Melba.
-$50.00
“Hey , I see you eyeballing the book. If you want to, you can read it!” You say to Twili.
Go to an internet cafe and look into any murders recently that seem unnatural or unusual.
Ah, there’s nothing better than... wow, look you only have a smartphone on you. Still, can research.
(2+1) you find loads of murders, but the closest you find is a bunch of people complaining on a forum about the smell of sulphur. Seriously people, just throw out the eggs.
Go to the cheapest gas station that I know of and buy 20 gallons of diesel. Buy a newspaper and some tea on the way out; might as well see if there's anything suspicious in the local area before I start my crusade properly.
You go to a gas station And get some gas, newspapers, and a block of dried tea. $40.00
Hey, what’s the mileage on that truck?
While getting in the truck, you read up on the newspaper. Melba’s still as sleepy as ever, nothing there.
"Do you have any other interesting stuff?
Get a better feel for what is back there.
(Magic check lololol 5) you clear your mind, and focus on the bookstore. looks like there isn’t much, but you do feel the power coming from the book now. When you check the back, you see that there is a weird squiggly line, that seems to make ghosts go away.
Look around for a smaller warehouse or factory.
Oh yeah, I forgot to add this, but all the truly important/dangerous gear in my truck is either in the cab or in locked containers in the back. (I'm looking at you, Zultan. If need be I will rig an anti-tamper device linked to a grenade and my fuel cans. Just In CaseTM)
What makes you think I'm gonna rob you, I thought we were all on the same team but didn't realize it yet.
There’s just this one warehouse, but you do find a (relatively)small factory, that’s still a few thousand square feet, but much smaller than the warehouse. It is abandoned.

Name: Samuel Martin
Appearance: 22, 5'10". Somewhat pale. Purple tinted black hair (dyed, obviously), violet eyes, and rectangular glasses. Wears an old US Army jacket, blue jeans, and a t-shirt of some kind. Combat boots for shoes.
Backstory: (Has been a while since I've watched Supernaturals, so I can't think of anything that fits in especially) Just bad luck got me into this I guess. That and a mildly unhealthy interest in mythology and the supernatural creatures that exist therein. Was at the wrong place at the wrong time, and saw a friend getting killed. Decided that rather than live in fear for all his life, he'd go and make these creatures live in fear of him... Or something.(I'll flesh this out in an hour or so) Crack shot with a pistol, owns a Webley MK6 and Ithaca M37 because of their ease of use and historical background. Loves anything WW2 related.
STR:1
DEX:2
KNW:2, Sam knows all of the basic knowledge of mythos (anything you can find with an hour's work on Wikipedia) and a lot of more arcane knowledge from obscure books (an even mix of fictional books and nonfiction mythological books)
Skills: Mechanic. Sam's fascination with history has led him to purchase and restore numerous old vehicles of historical significance. He also has a large pool of mostly WW2 vehicles that probably have illegal armaments. The hard part is getting permits to drive them.
Gun Nut: Again, Sam's WW2 interests means he has a number (like 30) of functional replica and original weapons from 1920-1950, some automatic, most semi. Lots of ammo for about half of them. He always carries his Webley and keeps the Ithaca in his truck
Vengeful Crusader: Sam's in this for the long haul. He wants to make sure he can be safe, and so can everyone else. He loves mythology, but when the monster jump out of the page and try to kill him, and succeed in killing his friend, well... Anyways, he has massive amounts of supplies, and just about everything he can think of that a monster would be weak to. He even as a crossbow with bolts of wood, for low risk vampire killing. He doesn't even know if vampires exist, he just wants to be ready.
Inventory: Webley MK6 .45 revolver, 5 speed reload clips of silver bullets.
M37 Ithaca slamfire shotgun (that means if the trigger is held down, it'll fire a shot everytime you pump it), with about 36 shells total, in convenient little holders.
2-way radio, and a spare radio on the same frequency, just in case.
Lock pick set. Knows how to pick simple locks, at least.
Silver paratrooper knife, and a silver plated kukri (essentially a machete).
Glasses, Canteen of water, 3 more in the truck, a flask of whiskey (for medicinal purposes I swear), and a pretty big medical kit.
3DS with about 6 games. 2 or 3 books. Smartphone. Two laptops: one for gaming and a more robust one for field work.
$969.00
Vehicle: M3 Scout truck, made by White Truck Company. Hidden under a tarp is the .30 cal M1919 that it has a mount for; obviously that's hilariously illegal, but they manufacture semi-auto versions of the 1919, so if anyone asks that's what it is. Back of the truck has seats and supplies. Sam's planned for a long trip.
