I'll keep the nice suit and mirrored shades. Regarding the backstory, add somewhere that his face was ruined recently by a deathclaw and that he is from a different vault than the others and has been in the outside for some time. This should explain things like he having low charisma.

Could I start with a weapon that has "Weapon Long Range". The basic gun is fine, so it doesn't really matter.
