Name: Adam Blavatsky Darvaza

Description: A young man of slightly pale complexion and eternal 9 o’clock shadow, he was raised in a small village. While the village priest and passing mystics droned with endless sermons of the Church and their teachings, what had always captivated young Adam’s attention more were the stories of his Granny.

Old stories of the world as it once was, before people were forced to flee to the caves and crannies of this damp hell. Of warm days where pleasant green plants tickled your feet as you walked through them and a cool breeze blew through your hair. Where food was plentiful, nature was benign and endless vistas reached as far as they eye could see.

Adam was nominally a card-carrying member of the church, though he mostly did it for the connections and perks that brought. They were powerful and had ancient lore, all things he would need to fulfill his true heart’s desire: to return to the surface, vanquish the madness that tainted their homeland and reconquer paradise.

"Yeah, sure, the more the merrier! Though it looks like people are not that interested in going, at the moment. Maybe you can sleep in for a while longer, if you want." Kara said from where she sat on top of a box.

The doors of the warehouse open as a star-nosed Mole-man enters, sniffing the air and slowly moving towards the pile of human bodies. After inspecting them from a distance, Kalagony loudly coughs to catch Kara's attention.

"Excuse me, lady. I was passing by when I couldn't help but notice the strong smell of blood, which guided me to this fine pile of fresh corpses. Say, are you the owner of the nearby Bore?"

Description: Kalagony is a short but muscular Mole-man. He's a martial arts fanatic, and willingly replaced his healthy arm with a mechanical version just to improve his lethality in melee combat. He has a particularly large tentacled star-shaped snout and a small pair of black, beady eyes. His hair is dark brown.

Goal: His life goal is to challenge and fight against the best warriors in the world, to crush his opponents and claim the title of the strongest fighter.

Kara looked down and gave the honored dead the iciest look she could muster. She began trying to speak calmly but couldn't contain her anger, the intensity of her voice rising as she spoke.
"I wouldn't call our achievements nothing. True, we might not be as powerful as heroes of legend. True, the church is the most powerful in this story, Deus ex Lapis arriving to save the day. But the Church did not give us this out of pity. It was a fair reward for what we did and compensation for what happened to us. What we did is NOT nothing and I will NOT tolerate you insulting this group by calling it that!" she shouted, pointing an accusatory finger at him.
She couldn't really do anything to him, but in her anger she didn't mind the baselessness of her threat.

She took a moment to take a deep breath and continued more calmly.
"We discovered wonders, we struggled, we sacrificed, we came together as a group and we achieved our goal. Isn't that what great stories are made of?"

Did Vikkan have an intact black flame chain around his neck? Could he had easily removed the black flame from the chain before using it? Do they have clips or something like that?

Is the composition and construction method of the anodized black steel the church uses for black flames known? Could we make more of it?

What is the price for equipment storage/lockers for the bore? Some weapon racks are 5 fathoms based on previous questions so maybe around 25-30?

What's the price for a Diving sanctuary? Does it have a lot of equipment? Because if not, I'd imagine it's cheap.

Can you give a price for increasing the bore brain stat so it can shoot better? Or is that too much effort, better to buy a new bore?

Name: "Kara" is what most humans call her, though the closest pronunciation would be  Kr'ra-Kax
Race: Corven (advantage for climb, disadvantage for falls)
Appearance: She is a crow-like Corven with matte-black feathers. A bit short. Constantly moves her head around, examining her surroundings. Moves her tail up and down whenever she's excited.
Age: Adult, but just barely
Goal: Wants to find artifacts and experiences that she can use to make an (under)world-famous museum. Wants to prove herself to her mother and piss off her brother with her success (both financially and socially).

Status
Sacrificed left arm to reverse time (eaten by giant Shluck-like thing). Bandaged and given spider venom for the pain.

Are you ... say, is that a guitar? That's quite interesting. I have been thinking of taking up a stringed instrument lately. Music soothes the soul, after all, does it not?"

"Ah yes, yes. I'm certainly willing to join you once I conclude my business here in town. Shouldn't be long now. As for this guitar, I'll admit the finish using artisinal guardbone on the metal body came out rather good. But, uh, while the sound is as would be expected, it has this...well, hear it for yourself." Clate strums the guitar. "Hear that? I'm not sure why it does this. I personally think it adds a certain je ne sais quoi to the sound, but other might disagree."

"Curious. It sounds haunting. Very curious indeed.
I wonder if this would work with, or against the music? perhaps it will do nothing one way or the other. No mater.
Oh, I apologize. Noble Shluck, did you make this guitar for a purpose? Would you be willing to make one for me? For a price, of course."

"Originally, I wanted a guitar to trade in with Polyantha. But I've put a bit too much effort in it for it to possibly end up in a dusty box in a storage room somewhere.
