Politely, non-awkwardly inquire about them.

Searching for the least risky way to respond, you come up with "Oh?"

"Yeah... I barely even knew grandpapi. Cancer got him too early. He had a fishing boat, I think, or maybe a farm. A lot of time outdoors. Papi had a desk job, but he was unlucky I guess." She leans back. "Kinda why I'm into health and fitness. Kinda. So, what about you? Hit the gym much?"

"Oh, uh, not really."

Hmm, traffic's starting to pick up. Getting to be that time when most folks start school and work.

"Well, that's a shame. Spending all this time driving, you could probably use some extra exercise. Get that blood pumping, you know?"

“Probably should.”

"Well, the gym I go to is pretty good. Maybe I can get you in there. Or another gym, I know a lotta people. Health and fitness is pretty much my life."

"Oh yeah?"

"Yeah," she says, fiddling with her duffel. "It's actually my dream to have my own gym one day. But, one thing at a time. I do teach self-defense classes, though. So, what about you? Got any dreams?"

"Eh, I have a couple, I guess, but mostly just simple dreams like 'not being mauled by werewolves' and 'not having my blood drained by vampires'."

Less specific efernse if we may, more like "not dying to supernatural murderer" or "not loosing segnificant portions of my blood at once"

Damnit people, this is why I said to keep the truce. Because now everyone's ganging up on the cats.
Also, don't forget to contact your local Eldritch Being(s), so that they can help with our mission to destroy the universe.

No. None of that. We'll look weird.

Mentioning werewolves breaks our promise. Mentioning vampires is generally just rude if she really is, but actually just incredibly insensitive if she turns out to just be a person with an inherited skin condition that killed her father.

Hey, we didn't say that either of those things really exist, nor that anybody we know may or may not be one of them! It's not like I said "MY DREAM IS THAT YOU ADMIT YOU ARE A VAMPIRE" or something! Maybe we were just making a really weird joke that doesn't have to have anything to do with anybody.

She has red eyes. I don't think we're looking at a skin condition here.

Perhaps we could jokingly mention something about 'profaning temples.' Of course, that assumes she plays DF.

Albinism actually can result in pink/red eyes. It's a pigmentation issue. It also leads to skin cancer and irritation when exposed to the sun. Due to again, the pigmentation issue.

I stand corrected.

Don't outright mention her condition if we can help it. Wait for her to say incriminating things of her own accord.
