The court informs you that the captured Daemon has been properly restrained, and released from stasis. Your prisoner has told his guard that it is called Reekom, but beyond that fact it refuses to talk. You are presented once again with the Arrow Flash, which has been plucked from the daemon's neck.

As you twirl Flash between your fingers, trying to figure out what is to be done with it, Skoonhein approaches your throne.

"My queen!" he exclaims, "I have received word that a wealthy and faithful imperial citizen is sponsoring a band of missionaries out of the blessed Temple of the Tome! I thought I might check to see if you have a preference as to where these missionaries are sent."

You consider the options before you!

As for the Arrow,
A: I've had to rescue this thing twice in the past year! I think I'm just going to hold onto it for safekeeping.
B: Missionaries you say? Perhaps an artifact created and blessed by the Goddess of their cult would be of use to them.
C: I made it for Trunk. See that it is buried with him.
D: I made it for Trunk. See that it returns to his family!
E: Senshinochi killed, like, a buttload of pirates for this thing, it is his now!

As for the Missionaries,
A: Keep them local! They should focus on the Chestnut Dwarf towns that do not yet worship me!
B: Point them into the plains to convert the Nomad Dwarves!
C: Point them to the mountainhomes to convert the Mountain Dwarves!
D: Challenge them to brave these dark woods, and find the lands of the Kappa!
E: Mortals have freewill! They may convert whomever they please.

Also, test whether the arrow works on us, too! Have Skoonhein should be the only one there, so he can remove the arrow if it works.

Your consort is ecstatic with the gift! He clearly wasn't expecting any further reward from you beyond the privilige of regularly sleeping with a goddess of beauty. He promises to pass it down to a heroic mortal child, should he prove able to give you one. You learn that he has no interest in carrying a bow himself, as he can call thunder, and is afraid to offer it to Moonpetal in case the young goddess of pride would be offended by a gift of a lesser artifact. In the meantime, he will keep it as a good luck charm. Who knows? He may get to shiv something into stasis with it.

3.5 CS:

Word reaches you that Land Pirates were causing trouble in the Empire again, but that the issue has already been resolved! Lord Ash, one of the blessed nobles from Charity, called upon the pirate leader, and selflessly offered the marauder anything he owned in exchange to stop the carnage. The pirate leader, Gronk of Pachyderm, chose Lord Ash's beautiful adopted daughter Elmoss as his prize, kept his word, and vanished from imperial territory!

It takes a second for the news to click... adopted daughter? Elmoss? Shit, a pirate just waltzed away with the unworthy child of you and Emperor Walnut! Your firstborn even!

That prick Lord Ash gave your daughter away! What should you do about him?
A: PUNISH THAT BASTARD!
B: He did the right thing to end the pirate attack. I'll have to forgive him.

As for Elmoss...
A: I suppose I'll just have to live with the situation.
B: Senshinochi can steal her away from those monsters, right?
C: Tell General Thrane that he and his army are going pirate hunting!
D: Summon my host to go pirate hunting!
E: The pirate won Elmoss fair and square, but I should probably pay them a visit just to make sure everything is okay.
