Mindcrime
This is a test game about catching criminals who committed crimes. Except every human in the world is psychic.
The Classes:
Obsessive - You have OCD. This isn't all bad for you though. Your unconventional thought patterns have made your mind hard to read or mess with. You take a penalty to reading other people's minds, though, as without extra training it's harder. The stronger the obsessive thought patterns, the more resistant you are. I'll give you between a 1-2 bonus to resist, the +2 being for things related to your ritual. I expect you to roleplay this to some extent.
Implanter: You plant persistent thoughts in other's heads that can take a varying amount of time to come to fruition, if not resisted. More training increases strength of compulsion and shortens time to effect.
Reader: You focus on scanning thoughts. You're very versatile and if in the combat variant, can even read opponent's actions in advance. Pick general, long-range, or combat focus. Long range has less precision, but greater pickup and general identification.
Destroyer: You drown out opponent's thoughts in a wave of mental noise and 'loud' thoughts. Can also help teammates focus by "muting" distracting thoughts. (+1 to stat of choice)

Sheet: +1 per three points in a stat. Start with 12 points.
