It was inevitable.

Honestly, I'm just as excited for Kruggsmash's DF episode coming next week featuring the new release as I was for the release itself.

The trick is to only make predictions semi-seriously.  That way, I don't have a 98% failure rate. I have a 98% sarcasm rate.

Ooh. Religious stuff!

I have a human in Legends who became a pilgrim, prayed at a temple, gave up being a pilgrim to become a prophet. Then became a monk after joining 'The Unholy Births' (a human religion). Most recently, last spring he 'recruited monks into the Unholy Births'.

All very exciting (when it works).

And I have Dwarf Bone Bed named 'The Virginity of Cancer'. Created by a dwarf then lost. Rediscovered by a plump helmet man who obviously knew a dwarven artifact when he felt one who somehow carried it off to a nearby dwarf hamlet and offered it to the mayor (who apparently is surrounded by spies trying to extract information out of him).

New Legends stuff is awesome.

Generating my first world of this release now! Hallelujah!

Man, a 500-year worldgen was a mistake. The wait is killing me!

Already genned a new world, dug a pit and have dirty dwarves running around in it.

Might need to wait for the 3rd party labor management mods to catch up before I reach for a bigger fortress though.

I have mock exit exams today (matura próbna, for the few Polish people who might be reading this) so that's fun.
(I mean it's English which I should be more than okay with, but still.)

Also while I know that at that point it basically counted for barely any points at all (the writing was on the wall basically), but I Called It That It Would Happen This Week in the ETA thread.

Ahaha yes, just as I was getting back into Bay12 and DF. Yes. This is exciting.

Is anyone else having an issue genning worlds? I Keep having it crash.

Does it have to do with that i'm not keeping it above all my other programs? I keep bringing chrome in front of it, pushing it to the background, to talk in chatrooms.  Invariably, I will find that it crashed. The only world I made was a 125 history world, that I didnt' send to the background.

You can rename your items now in Adventure Mode, and in Legends books and scrolls now have their own section separate from the artifacts.
