Grow an arm with a hand, so that we might pet Cat if they return.

Please don't revive Dan, they have suffered enough.

Edited for possibly misgendering a fork.

Please don't revive Dan, he has suffered enough.
But if we return him to the state that he was in two turns ago, he wouldn't remember dying. From Dan's point of view, he would never have died in the first place.

But who is this really for?  Dan or ourselves?

Do we seek to create a better world for Dan or to assuage our guilt at so monstrous an act as we did?

Can anything we do really remove or atone for that act?

Why bury him when we can bring him back?

We need to learn to accept the consequences of our actions. Dan's grave will be a reminder that we must be responsible with our great power.

If Dan is not revived, then name ourself Danny in honor of our fallen friend.

Create an infinite abacus (look it up if you do not know what it is, it's that old timey calculator) that is pinned in a single place near us that measures our good and bad deeds, including ones committed before its creation.

Why should we care about "accepting the consequences of our actions" when we have UNLIMITED COSMIC POWER? Mourning is for people who can't raise the dead/rewrite reality with their mind.

Create an infinite abacus (look it up if you do not know what it is, it's that old timey calculator) that is pinned in a single place near us that measures our good and bad deeds, including ones committed before its creation.
Don't do this. We wouldn't want our future subjects (including the spoon) to know about what we did to Dan, would we?

Give the spoon sentience
Do this, but only after we rez Dan.

You are evil, ATHATH, you saying not to do something makes me even more determined to do it.

EDIT: Fan theory, the world is a white empty void as this is what would happen if ATHATH had won Minimalism and Milk and the white is the milk from the doom mug.

Wait- You have near-absolute power. Dan could just as easily be brought back! But do you really know what should happen? A war erupts in your thoughts on whether or not to "grave Dan" or "save Dan". Eventually, you come to the conclusion that he must be helped, and revived. Nevertheless, you make a mental note that you have a great power, and it should not be misused to play with feelings- you know how they feel. You decide to return Dan to the state he was at before you, er... did the deed. You piece the remains back together, and..

"HELLO! My name's Dan! How're you doing? What's all this? Where are we? I can wait, don't worry."

It's... it's so wonderful! Despite the lack of emotion-showing features, you are EXTREMELY happy.
Next, you carefully look over the platform, feeling the gases for movement of current. No, the cat didn't just turn invisible. Your eye confirms it.
You contemplate creating yourself a room to cope with your grief... but Dan is back. You don't need to.

"So. This is what existence is like. How... droll."

"Oh boy, a friend! Hi! What's your name?"

Dan moves up to the spoon.

"Charles. Positively charmed to meet you."

Leaving the two to their chit-chat, you decide to come up with a way to keep track of your good deeds, and the bad ones. A sort of abacus, you think, would work just fine. You decide to make it self-counting, with orange shaded counters being evil, and blue shaded ones being good.

Quite simple, but functional enough. Still, you feel quite saddened from what you'd done to Dan. Still, you still have the cat to search for. You split off a part of yourself,a very small one, and send it off to the crack. You act in joint control between both bodies, but decide to see through the smaller of the two. Anyhow, you mustn't delay.

It's very dark. Hold on.

"Hello."

Oh. Oh my.
