Uhhh guys, I think I'm going to retcon this. My policy for trans-dimensional transfers of power is that "everything works as intended but no interactions". Healing spells just target life, they work on our life as well as theirs. Positive and negative energy don't exist, but that just means you can't use Revive Kills Zombie. The primary function is just "make this wounded person healthier."

Assume Merrowitz survives with Soon's help. OOTS mages still can't recharge here.
