My only concerns are meta, so I guess it's not so terrible a thing. Also, turn 3 war will be fun. Most of the time people just land grab as hard as possible and hope they don't get screwed over by dice along the way.

LOW MAGIC:

Fire:
Structural Blast now has default 50% success chance and you can choose the target Improvement now.

Water:
Inundation effect now doesn't apply to Selkie, Avians and Thunderwyrms.

HIGH MAGIC:

Vutar's Fury now costs 2 Mana to cast.
Vutar's Drought is removed.

SEIOS' Passive bonus now grants +4 Research.

IMPROVEMENTS:

Temples now provide bonuses: +2 Research (SEIOS, THALEZEIA), +1 to Defense rolls (NEEVROND, LARKA), Army Spawn Point (MAHNYA, VUTAR)

Vutar gains 1 new spell:
Heroic Call: 66% chance that a Hero will offer to join you at the start of the next Turn. Mana Cost: 8

THESSALZYA the Sea Queen:

(Patron Goddess of Sea, Mermaids, Fishermen, Salt, Zealotry, Instability, Storms and Rain)

Passive bonus: Each Province you control adjacent to The Seas (black boundaries) generates 1 Mana.
Grand Prayer: THESSALZYA spawns 3 Selkie Units (they count up for Upkeep!) for you in targeted Province under your control.

Extra Spells:
Coral Shell: Forms a protective ward over targeted Unit or Army under your control; if that Unit or Army is about to be destroyed by losing combat, it is instantly transported to your Tower territory. This spell lasts till your next Turn. Mana Cost: 6
Wrath of Nature: Targeted Army under your control gains +2 to Attack rolls against enemy summoned Units and The Unknown till the end of the Turn. Mana Cost: 9
Divine Flood: Roads in Targeted Province under your control are submerged, making it impossible for any Armies or Units to enter it, and those currently in that Province are 'stuck' (both effects do not apply to Selkie, Avians and Thunderwyrms!). Mana Cost: 14

And um, about that mana thing...I honestly miscalculated x.x it's my memory (haspen can boop that)
I thought generators gave +4 :V Or something that made me compute '13' instead of '10' as my mana on Turn 3.

Two points:
1. My Generator in SM (built Turn 1) appears to have disappeared from the map, though it's still counted in the datapad.
2. Shouldn't I only be on +4 research, not +6? (I don't worship Seios.)
