Of course, you won't actually be able to pay me for... 1 turn to trade with Tiruin. 1 turn to trade with me. 2 turns from now.... On the other hand, I might be open to sending you the tech right away and having you pay in 3 turns. At least, the fermentation tech for sure. Since those buildings pay for themselves in like, 3 turns it seems like it'd be leaving money on the table for you to wait an extra couple of turns to build them. Which feels bad to me. I mean... I sortaaaa feel like I can trust you to pay if you agree to do so. Of course, if I were to send the tech, and you didn't send the money. We'd be super sad and probably have a little bit of a cry about it to be honest. You wouldn't want to make me cry right?
