Sure,  but pilums won't last forever ql or damage-wise. I wouldn't mind giving her a bit more spd as a front line fighter.

Can still grab the poisoned knife instead of the jambiya.  Less damage, crit, and accuracy for me, but it'd let people have their +1 stat and give us some gold leftover.

I'm fine with whatever way we choose to go.  I think with the list as-is we should probably be fine.  And +1 speed probably won't matter /too/ much.

There's also the likely probability of future people with pilums having backup weapons, which opens up martyn to robbing them and getting us plenty of pilums/spears.  Which has been the case so far, anyway, since we weren't even SUPPOSED to get that pilum.

Note since it's not on the list and was discussed in Discord briefly: Farra has longbow subcat so we should consider getting her one instead of a recurve.

Also Liam could probably use/borrow a pilum/jav at some point to decrease the time that his PF is triggered, but he's not specced into Spear either so I dunno.

Hmm, Liam's got a bunch of weapons already. I don't think he needs a 5th unless he's selling one or two, if only so he has some inventory space clear for medicine or dropped items.

ETA: Actually, his inventory is completely full as-is. He literally can't hold more.

The reason I didn't get Liam another weapon is between him and Roux they have 7 weapons. He has slim lance, iron lance/sword, and a steel lance. He really doesn't much need another weapon. Roux is getting a second pilum cause her one is over half dead already. I don't think 1 range is going to save the pf that often either. Maybe one or two cases but at the end of the day personal faults are made to trigger so I unno.

Iron longbow is a great idea though yeah. I just haven't updated the list recently.

Edit: we could swap the 12 use pilum onto liam over his iron lance maybe

I said use/borrow because I expected we wouldn't be buying a pilum for him. He already also said IC at the beginning of our city adventures that he has a ton of weapons and wasn't going shopping. Also noted this in Discord.
