Lessee... We are burning booze, probably methanol, at the moment, call it three hours of travel at cruising speed...
The LuAZ has used 70.8l of fuel out of a tank of 34l and the carrier has used 165l. This is not taking into account extra fuel use from extra cargo load. So the LuAZ is dry, and probably took some booze from the carrier, and the carrier is atleast half dry. Booze is not the most efficient in the power-to-volume department.

And, even worse, we'll need a week of distillation to replace that fuel.

Our vehicles run on methanol? Dang. I mistakenly allocated funds to diesel fuel during character creation. I guess we can, at the very least, trade it away.

Right now there set to run on alcohol but both can run on your precious diesel if you change over.

Right it's inventory time.
So i need you all to look over the spoilers and tell me that i've missed something important or that you have to much stuff..

Any thing with strike through has been removed or replaced.
Anything that's been hammer spaced is som thing i can't be bothered to check.
The cleaning kits have all been removed, there normaly found with rifles anyway.
What's with the stove pipe malfunction generators Brass catchers? What are you? the Republic of Korea?

Food wise I like the broad categories of the base game for consumption needs.
We have:
Wild Food, which is, nuts, berry's, dead rats an bugs, edible roots anything you'd find foraging.

Civilized Food, which is normal fresh food, vegetables, bread, pasta, fresh meat, the kind of thing we cook today.
If something need cooking then it's likely to be classed as Civilized Food.

Long Life Food, basically storage food wherever Meal, Ready-to-Eat, field rations, hard tack, jerky or tinned food.

Food wise you need about:
Wild Food 3k per day or
Civ food 2kg per day or
Long Life Food 1kg per day.

The brass catchers are so we can more easily trade in brass for ammo at towns and the like.

Also, awww, no survival kits? But I wanted the cheap rank1 in basic survival actions...

I suggest having some form of google spreadsheet that we can all access and edit as time goes on.

Mine look good.

Or re-modify our vehicles for diesel.

Actually one way we could hand-wave this is that our vehicles have Multi-Fuel Engines:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multifuel#Military_multifuel_engines
Though the US stopped using them during the 80s or so, do to the Twilight Wars most vehicles have Multi-Fuel Engines once more while the Russian more or less had the engines standard on many vehicles.

By the way everything alright with my sheet so I can play? Should I spend the leftover budget rations and fuel pi said?

They actually have rules for multi-fuel engines in the game, but they are shown by having every form of fuel listed in the fuel spot for the vehicle.

yep every thing all right as i can see.
Spend your leftover budget how ever you like.

As for engines im just following what's in the rule books so a switch over takes the mechanic 4 hours (you have to drain the fuel tanks and clear the lines, reset the Air fuel ratio, change the advance timing...)

If you guys keep up with the idea of building a settlement some where i'm gong to have to change the title.
The Anabasis is all about Ten Thousand Greek mercenaries ending up in stranded deep in a hostile Persia and fighting there way back to the sea and finally home.
