The
Roqi sprites size is 16x16 so the Tileset you choose must be 16x16 too!
First open your D.F folder and go to
Now delete the example content
And create a new folder named 'pony'
In the Roqi's pack zip you'll find a image named eponyt.png

Now in the data folder go to---->init[folder]------>init.txt
It doesn't include the winged ponys nor the horned ones because the 'My Little Fortress' mod comes with some [CASTE] thing I do not understand very well, sorry :-/
I would have tested it myself but the mod just crashed DF when I try to create a new world so I think that mod is for another version of DF
