" It goes well. You sell the Dwarves booze, tobacco and food. In exchange they give us iron gear. A book of materials. And a spear. The special spear has a scarelite spear head. Broad for slashing snd stabbing.
Cloth: For armor, items and flimsy weapons. Depends on customize options as to value. Some silk/cloth types are better than others. Best for military is giant spider silk.
Hide: For the same reason as above. But more weapon options and depends on bone type. From creatures great and small. Best quality are Dinosaur and Dragons.
Animal Leather
Dinosaur Leather:
Dragon Scales:
Bone: The exact same as above. Just more options in weapons and armor design. Depends on animal for results.
Chitin: Instead of animals it’s from gigantic bug shell.
Depends on bug and body part for options.
Wood: Different wood offers different results. Mana Tree, Brain Tree, Drinker Tree, Flare Tree and Iron Oak.
Wood:
Mana Tree: Magic tree that empowers spells and miracles.
Brain Tree: Causes stun via mental disruption when striking. Noted for having weird brain like growths.
Drinker Tree: Tree that is used as weapons. Wood strikes victim, health goes to user for vampire effect.
Flare Tree: Tree bark that can cast flames with enough force.
Iron Tree: Wood that is tough as iron.
Stone: Different rocks offer things. From armor to clubs to blade points.
-Rock: Typical rock and stone.
-Dragon Clay: Clay that forms from Draconic ether fields. Shapeable, once hardens is very, very tough.
-Dark Stone: Sharpest and hardest of all stone.
Silver; For goods mostly. Silver is an anti undead bane and bane of some critters. Chaos hates silver.
Gold: like the above. More for armor as it resists tear more. More enchantments too for it. Most magicial of the mundane metals.
Electrum: A mix of Silver and Gold. A alloy that is very pricey for the market place. More of a status symbol material than anything.
Rose Gold: A red gold that is artificially made with copper. It is completely acid proof and provides more defense than standard gold. Akin to bronze.
Platinum Rarer than natural gold. So worth more.
Jade: Green ore that repels undead souls with greatest of ease. Valued for jewelry and anti undead weapons. Hurts demons too.
Copper: Basic metal for forging.
Bronze: Mix of copper and tin. Better results than both parents.
Iron: Typical iron. Regards more effort to forge than bronze. Better results.
Lead: Really heavy material. So if armor will make user slower. And dulls blades. Best for sling shot ammo or bludgeon weapons.
Volcanic Glass: A mix of moon stone, malachite, and sometimes sand. This heated material glass is brutally sharp. Too brittle to be armor sadly.
Steel: Iron refined with carbon smoke techinuqes. More pricey, but better in every way.
Meteor Iron: Comes down from the sky with meteors. Better than steel. Must fine raw ores though, so value in market.
Crystal: Big crystals, like the glass. But can be used as armor as these are magic crystals. A upgrade material.
Mithril : A silvery iron deal akin to titanium. Rare to find in the depths of earth. Tough, and weighs very little.
Green Steel: Magic material that is “grown” by the Dinn. Which their gear is made of. SHocknigly enough this stuff repairs itself.
Resonance Ore: A dark metal that is extra hard to forge. It can break, but with each impact it eceives it gets tougher and tougher. Great for armor, shields, or blunt weapons.
Ebony: A upgrade from crystal. Highly dense but very durable material. Can be used as cash too.
Goblin Metal: A strange oozing metal of orange color. When it strikes a victim, it saps strength of target and bestows what is lost to wielder. Making the user stronger. Not drinking blood for health points like a vampire charm. But gaining muscle via striking flesh and blood.
Quick Silver: Solid mercury. Which requires magic and makes for high quality magic items or gear.
Solarite: A material that glows like sun shine and some say helps the health of those exposed to it. It is akin to iron in value of construction. But health beenfits make it pricey.
Orichalcum: mountain copper. Light weight, sturdy and good. Plus it generates electric current. Will fry those damn fishy Sea Kings in a pitch.
Cold Iron: The anti Fae material. Iron forged not by heat. Only dwarves make it. To gain, got to be in good terms with them. Their secret is that, a secret.
Argonite: The Drinking metal. Said to soak up moisture with each strike. Bane of Sea Kings, not that tough though.
Scarletite: Magic red ore that is akin to steel. Generates magic energy and if a weapon counts as a flaming one. Will melt away Winter Lords with ease and their minions
Dragon Metal: Highly unstable metal that displaces energy. Sometimes it will even explode akin to a bomb.
Radion: A glowing material that is bane to most living things due to the glow. It shines a sickly light and is dense.
Dream Stone: A uber crystal that EATS magic. Good for any craft. It will eat magic from magic creatures or attack magic and curses. And the value goes up the more it absorbs.
Prismere: Rainbow stone supposedly made from a fallen God. It repels magic and is heavy.
Brightsteel :: A material that glows and generates power all the while a upgrade of mithril. But it’s dark. It is even a good replacement for lamps. Counts as flaming weapon.
Soulsteel: a evil metal. It’s steel, with a infusion of souls. Requires either dark arts or taking items of soulsteel as trophy to get. They react as if alive.
Promtheium: Material the Created Ones are made out of, very useful. Only way to get is salvaging their bodies.
Wyrd Steel: Growing, mutated and tainted magic metal. Comes in a sick pattern of metal growths. Random bonuses for crafting.
Moon Silver: Shape shifting metal that needs runes to retian form, but will bend to users thoughts. Shines like the Moon.
Adaminite : A green metal tougher than diamond. The ultimate of Earthly metals in game. It is utterly unbreakable.
Star Metal: one thing better than Adaminite. It is stuff, of stars. A gift from your Gods. Aside same as the other stuff it generates power.
So in total: Wnough iron to really fit the two standing armies.
A scarelite tipped spear
And thanks to book now know terms of all stuff the Dwarves know of. ( Nost advanced thing you can work is Steel though. As you do not have advanced Alloys.)
Next Dwarf lore. Then game round.
