Alternatively, it's a red herring and the actual key thingy is "One".

Also, I wonder why this one has "Four" as the number.

The key to the last one was "Onion" with all letters rotated one down -> "Pojpo"

Assuming it's still vigenere I've tried these keys so far and haven't had any luck:

1) "CAESAR"
2) CAESAR rotated one down -> "DBFTBS"
3) "SHAKESPEARE"
4) SHAKESPEARE rotated one down -> "TIBLFTQFBSF"

I tried rotating 4 down and that didn't work either...

Also I'am pretty sure isn't a caesar because it only contains 5 unique characters .

It was a playfair cipher, with the key JULIUSCAESAR.
