Wynne gives Dale a wave (being careful not to hit Brady and throw him off) from atop the pegasus.

"Wynne Merick. I'd say it was a pleasure to meet'cha, but considering the circumstances..." she gestured in the direction of the heavily armed bandits.

  "Fair enough, but they aren't going to be a problem for too much longer."

"Pretty sure that's not how that saying goes, but you know what? I'm grateful."

If Dale was closer to Caius he probably would have pat his shoulder.

  "None of us are perfect."

  "But hey, you're welcome."

Another barbarian struggled to pronounce her name. They weren't very good at talking in this land. If she had to talk this savage tpngue, they could at least pronounce her name correctly.
"Quetzalxochitl." she repeated."Caste. Where you are on... pyramid of life. Empress at top, prisoner at bottom. I am Viper Warrior caste."

  "Don't worry about Muffin, she can handle an extra person's weight with no problem. Although I don't want to elbow you trying to use my lance, so... uh, does anyone mind helping Wynne down? Nice to meet you all, by the way, we'd be in real trouble if your group hadn't shown up."

Simon caught sight from the forest path of Brady and Wynne flying over the cliff.

They don't have arrows flying at them, after all. That's a relief.

Much as Gilbert wanted to introduce himself to Quetzalxochitl, he wasn't about to leave a damsel in distress.

Even if that distress merely consisted of needing help off of a rather..."large" pegasus.

: "Welcome, new friends. And if you would allow me to assist, Madam Wynne, I will you have you back on the solid ground tout de suite."

Ride to (10,5), rescue Wynn from Brady, and drop her off on (10,6).

I suppose that they view me as important because of her. She's a very strong magic user and is rich as well... She's well known around here I suppose. And, uhm, hello Mask Man. That was dark magic, yes? As I told Que... Quetzalochtil, we will fight with you though our goal is escape and not defeating all of them?"

Wynne carefully gets off of the pegasus and down to Gilbert's horse, careful to not accidentally stab either animal or rider with her lance as she does so.

"Thanks for the help, sir. Sorry for the trouble" Wynne says as she gets off the horse. She gives him a glance as she sees the staff. "That a heal staff? Can ya take care of yourself, or should stick a bit further back to help protect you?"

: "Trouble? Why, it is no trouble at all my dear! Just being near a strong and lovely woman like yourself is reward enough for any possible trouble."

: "You are correct, of course; I am a healer. But I am not entirely helpless! Even if I were I could not simply abandon comrades who may need my aid."

Not to mention that poor Asgore can only run so fast...
