You get one of the smallest pieces you can find, and feed it to Carbo. Carbo munches on it joyfully, and you see a strange energy shine from him! "Aaah, I see you have discovered that you can make your dragons stronger by feeding them, good, just don't feed them to often, or they'll get addicted, and we've all heard the story of Jacko the Wacko!" (You can feed them once every 5 turns.)

"I expect I'll be fighting in the thick of things, so I'll need some armor." <We'll try a less physical food, then. If sitting in a fire works for that dragon ...>

Hold a weakened Holy Light beam onto Serenity. (From point-blank range, of course, just in case this counts as an attack.)

"Eh, I s'pose unless anyone else is willin' to go without armor, I can just check for some minin gear to wear."

Agusto sees what the others are doing, and decides to try a bit of catch the finger as well.

I put on the armor when it arrives.

Sorin is looking at Lan, thinking deeply. "Well, I ought to feed you, eh ?" he cheerfully declares. Sorin then takes an arrow from his quiver, breaks the metal tip and feeds it to Lan.

It means that you could get a trait for Ghir.

CHAPTER 1 TURN 3 (2ndH1)

Nirur Torir/Sarah and Serentity:
"I expect I'll be fighting in the thick of things, so I'll need some armor." <We'll try a less physical food, then. If sitting in a fire works for that dragon ...>

Hold a weakened Holy Light beam onto Serenity. (From point-blank range, of course, just in case this counts as an attack.)
(5) Serenity basks in the holy light, and you see a faint glow coming from her.

S34N1C/John Cassius and Polly:
"Well, you're a feisty one aren't ya! And I seem to have found what you like to eat! This is going to get expensive very quickly isn't it. . ."

John sets Polly down and begins throwing her gold coins (like one would treats for a dog)
Well you WOULD, but
" (You can feed them once every 5 turns.)[/i]

Dustan Hache/Ardal and Darken(/Nibbles):
"ow, stop that or I'll put you back in the eggshell! You are already among the last of your kind, and i'm just trying to protect and teach you little biters!"
Chastise them for misbehaving and nipping me!
(5) You do so and... are the Darkens seriously glowing the same way the others did when they get fed their favourite food? The Darkens feed on being told off... what the hell?

Rautherdir/Scarlet and Ghir:

Continue playing with Ghir

"Considering I did not bring any weapons or armor myself, I would like one of the leather armor sets."
"Very well." Suddenly a mysterious man in a black suit appears out of nowhere! "Are you seriously not intrested that every time the king speaks everything goes into italics?" "Who the hell are you?" "Oh yeah, i'm Tankit, a fellow warrior of good!" ". . ." Surprisingly, noone else reacts to him, it's almost as if they don't even see him! (Trait gained! 'Curse of the GM') He drops a piece of meat.

NRDL/Gaidar Nix and Kostya:
Find some food to feed Kostya with.  Preferably meat.
(4) You look around and find some meat lying on the floor, who put it there? Oh well, it doesn't matter. You feed Kostya, and she munches it up hungrily!

Failbird105/Agusto Durrance and Carbo:
"Eh, I s'pose unless anyone else is willin' to go without armor, I can just check for some minin gear to wear."

Agusto sees what the others are doing, and decides to try a bit of catch the finger as well.

(Agusto, professional team grandpa)
(3) You look around, and suddenly, a piece of meat appears! What the heck? It distracts you from playing catch the finger

killerhellhound/Yarrick and Farblood:
Put on the armor when it arrives.

So Milord what is our first mission?
The armour arrives, and you put it on, felling well defended, if a bit heavy. "Your first mission will be to help defend this place against the monsters."

Legendary Marksdorf/Sorin and Lan:
I put on the armor when it arrives.

Sorin is looking at Lan, thinking deeply. "Well, I ought to feed you, eh ?" he cheerfully declares. Sorin then takes an arrow from his quiver, breaks the metal tip and feeds it to Lan.
You put it on, feeling slightly better protected. (4) Sorin eats the arrow tip, and glows!

"That worked? You're going to be hard to feed when you're bigger."

Play fetch with Serenity, and take a set of leather armor.

Shit. Brother Gerran rolls to the side, then remains completely still, hoping that the natural cover of the desert will shield him from being noticed, if he has not already been noticed.

(what is this I don't even)
Having sternly lectured dakern/nibbles and apparently learned that it enjoyed being told off or something, return my focus to the king.
"Sir, What exactly will we be defending against?"
Notice the lack of proper punctuation ending the speech about defending this place.
