[16] You run through the hail of bullets, leading the charge all the way to Jerry's trench. [11]/[3] Snipers are obviously just not having a good day. You fire your
GlockColt 1911 [4]/[16];[13]/[20];[13]/[17];[10]/[19] and miss every shot. The MG gets sees an opportunity to fire at you whilst you shoot and [20]/[16];[14]/[10];[8]/[14];[15]/[11];[15]/[16];[17]/[18] are hit by the first, fifth and sixth, the first ricochets off your helmet leaving you a-okay, except the ringing in your ears, the fifth and sixth slam into your flesh unimpeded. [-70]
You are seven ninths of the way through no man's land.
Begin the march to the frontline trench.
You get moving there, it'll be one turn 'til you get there.
You are halfway to the frontline.
Jump into cover. Shoot the MG guy.
[13] You find some decent cover behind a (Hopefully) dead comrade. Using him as a stand, you aim up the MG guy and [4] Miss. You must work the bolt to fire next round. The sniper [6]/[16] hits you [-70], killing you.
You are dead. Reinforce?
Keep running while shooting pistol at Machine gunner.
[15] You run along, passing landmines, jumping barbed wire, and [14]/[10] avoiding the snipers' potshots. You take aim with your pistol at the nearest MG and [19]/[17];[11]/[19];[14]/[6] hit two out of three bullets, killing the gunner immediately.
You are eight ninths through no man's land.
Go to the nearest British trench and wait for orders
You're already here, you dumb sod! ((I assume you mean for the nearest frontline trench under British control)) [13] You go to there and await your officer.
You are in the Front trench.
PFC Jenkins is in the reserve trench. You know what to do.
GET YOUR ASS IN THERE, SOLDIER!
Continue hauling ass, get closer to the enemy.
[12] You manage to not get blown to bits by a landmine, but get slowed a bit by the terrain. Not too much, but enough to be noticeable. [1]/[11] You are shot in the face by a sniper, immediately ending your life.
You are dead. Reinforce?
