Eh sure, I was thinking of handing em out free. Any old stick will do. Unless you hit the heart by sheer luck, like what Joe achieved, you need a declared 9-up roll to aim for the heart, and I think there's minimum damage requirements to stake the vampire into paralysis. (They don't die from staking, but you can capture live ones that way.)

Edit: Joe could also consider throwing his Molotov instead of shooting. Vampires can soak damage from bullets with their stamina, but not damage from fire. And this one has a lot of stamina. You want to make sure it's out of the picture so you can deal with the security team.

Get up and fire a burst at the vampire.

Draw glock, get up, put some more lead in this undead motherfucker.

The vampire struggles to get moving, drawing on its reserves of Vitae and willpower. It has to roll about to stop itself from being on fire!

But first, sally and Joe struggle to their feet and put lead into it: Sally hits with 2 dice left after multiple action penalties. Joe hits with 1 dice left after multiple action penalties. Both at difficulty 8 for hitting a moving vampire.

The vampire rolls about even as more lead rounds slam into it. But its tough flesh takes the puny 9mm bullets as if they are nothing. It rolls to see if it can put out the fire... and manages to. It gets up, angrier and meaner than before.

Reload and finish the job.

Then 4 of the smg wielders run up the stairs and attempt to bonk Sean Patrick with the butts of their weapons. Sean barely manages to load his shotgun (firearms test for loading under pressure) and turns to face his attackers.

The first grunt... misses. And the second manages to swing his gun stock towards Sean Patrick, Sean barely manages to avoid the blow

A third runs up and sprays his smg on full auto at the tangle of Joe, Sally and the Union bunch. But scores only 5 wounds. Joe, sally and 3 of the Union grunts take 1 lethal wound damage each from a bullet shot.

Mr Anderson is hit in the leg, and doesn't manage to soak the wound with any armor.

Mr Mason is hit in the head. He goes down unconscious.

Mr Barton is hit in the head as well. He goes down unconscious too!

Joe takes a 9mm round in the face. He now has a hole in one of his cheeks that goes out the other side. It's not fatal though.

Sally is shot in the leg.

1 of the security goons at the bottom of the stairs takes aim at Joe, Sally and the tangle of Union grunts, and launches a concussion grenade at them. He hits... and sends the whole lot of them flying off the catwalk and landing onto the cages below, making them take 4 bashing damage each. Joe and Sally are both maimed from their fall and take broken bones on a random limb.

Joe breaks his right arm. Sally breaks her neck, but is still alive.

The alive union members land in a heap with them. But some add more maiming wounds to their existing one.

Mr Anderson:
Status: Bruised, -1/4 Health 1 lethal 4 bashing

Mirella sneaks over toward the stairs, trying to keep to the shadows. She will place a charge underneath the stairs she knows the security thugs (sadly less tubby and more scary this time) must take and slink back into a corner hopefully unseen, holding close her detonator.

Meanwhile Mirella takes a stealth roll to plant a bomb on the stairs where the security thugs were running around at. It's a success. She plants both her 1kg TNT blocks on the stairs, sets them to blow, and tries to sneak as far away as possible.

Fire on the people that just just entered.

Your neck is broken and you're in deep pain. We'll have to spend willpower for you to remain conscious to blindfire in the general direction of the tangos.

Mirella sees shit has gone down and knows she can't face the attackers if her whole team is dead. She blows the stairs as soon as she is out of range of the explosion and slinks off toward the eastern end of the building using the cages for the little cover they provide. She still doesn't reveal she is there, if possible.
