Akbar awakens from his rest, his heart now once more in tune with the one at the center of the world.

He looks for any spare chikitas whom he can engage in awkward flirting with.

Willow gently pats Jaune on the shoulder.

Akbar once again retreats into his room, accepting his fate as a friendless nobody

Eria feeling left out by Lacie and Bethany moves quietly to another part of the garden.
"Was I ready for this?" she asks herself quietly while stopping to look at a small flower that she knew by itself was dangerous but mixed with some lavender or sage could be very soothing to burns once boiled and put into paste. " It's to late to stop now though..."

Vijaya seems to be staring at their own hand, currently, still in the common room.

Aurora has probably gotten that ice cream by now. She wanders around the halls with it aimlessly; maybe she runs into someone?

Tuuliki's in her room, writing something.

Eria feeling left out by Lacie and Bethany moves quietly to another part of the garden.

"OMG I'm like, super sorry! I didn't meant to like, drive you away or anything! Please please please forgive me!

After a few minutes, there are bound-up newspapers strewn across the halls. The headline reads LOVE ON THE BATTLEFIELD, with other titles reading things along the lines of GANG WARFARE IN THE HALLS, ROBOT APOCALYPSE APPROACHING?, ACADEMY BECOMING NUCLEAR WASTELAND, etc etc. heralded by the rustling of feathers and a rush of wind.

Willow picks one up!

The content is pretty much what you'd expect from the average tabloid if one added a bit of . . . creativity. Highlights include Jaune being star-crossed lovers with Tsakaka, who is a member of LT's rival gang which is warring with Jaune's for control of the academy's halls, and the insinuation that several of the students have been replaced with androids mimicking human appearances.

Edwinn blinks silently at the rush of wind and feathers that drops a bound-up newspaper near him. After a pause, without changing his expression at all or shifting in his seat, he asks one simple question.

"Tuuliki...?"

Edwinn picks up a newspaper and begins flipping through it, his voice gaining a tinge of disappointment which grows ever more apparent as he continues reading off the titles.

"Love on the battlefield? Gang warfare!? Robot apocalypse?!? Nuclear wasteland!?! Is this a school paper or a friggin' tabloid!?"

Edwinn reads through each section, to get a good look at the content. He is no more pleased with any of it.

"I need to have a talk with that girl..."

[SOLDIER First]

Willow is confused.

"Nobody's getting replaced..."

Bethany looks generally confused at the paper.
"I think I like, saw most of these plots in a movies. The battle field one is from like, that really good movie that came out last year.
Bethany proceeds to gush happily about this movie for the next few minutes.
