"Vijaya, though that is, strictly speaking, a nickname. And yours?" This does seem to be going well so far, but what am I to do once the script of exchanging pleasantries ends?

"I am Relspi, although I suppose that's a nickname as well."
Another pause, and an overheard snippet of conversation.
"Why are you here, Vijaya?"

"There are several reasons. My. . . I suppose you would call them parents were interested to see if I could develop actual magical abilities as opposed to the innate spells contained in my structure, and it is an excellent opportunity to learn how to integrate with greater society in a somewhat controlled environment."

Well, with the natural congregation of people, it doesn't take a huge leap of logic for Alison to make her way over.
"Strings, huh? I can make magic thread too. I just make it into clothing."

"I could do that without magic, I suppose...."

[Empiricist]

((Whoops, my previous post ought to be navy rather than teletyped.))
"Oh! Was, that why you were asking about pets?"

"Uh, are we going over powers or something? I do healing magic, mostly. Some illusions too, although that's kinda a new thing so I'm not quite sure how to go about it." Aiko's fox-ears perk up a bit at the apparent-werewolf's claim.

I'd like a chat with that werewolf, could be interesting. Wonder how he deals with the *stubborn host* says a voice in her mind, with a yawning noise.

"That's very interesting!"
Another pause. Longer, this time.
I-I... I shouldn't dig deeper.
"...u-umm... what do you think about the school?"

"Another healer?"
He playfully punches Hans in the shoulder.
"We've got enough people to run a clinic now!"

Isaac just scratches the back of his head.

[SOLDIER First]

Lyle says, in a cheery voice, "Haha, dammit, you heard that. Yeah, that was why. Just a dig at ol' Wolfie."

"I-I've had a little success with using my strings to heal using small bandages, but I don't think my control is firm enough yet....most of the time."
She unconsciously covers her bangle.

"It is a strange place to me, but I do not have much to compare it to. The layout changing in particular will be interesting to deal with; occasionally the layout of my home would be changed to test aspects of my cognitive ability, but this seems to occur to a much greater extreme. I wonder how they keep classes where they need to be, come to think of it."

[Powder Miner]

"Ah, well, these aren't any old clothes, I'm literally wearing spells right now."

"Quite the business venture we got on our hands. Doctor Veyco."
