"No, it was... I was talking with Ashley. She made a point that students die here... well, I asked her the numbers and we pretty much have a one in five chance of dying here by graduation if they hold up..."

At that, Alice falls dead silent.

"Alright guy. You seem like a pretty cool dude you know?" Osamu leans in to examine Vijaya's mostly-empty plate. "Well? What do you mean by overzealous? Did you enjoy it at least? If you did, I don't see the problem. Unless you choked on a bone or something." The boy is completely ignoring Anna at this point, not even bothering to look in her dierction.

Vijaya had replied to this earlier, before the altercation broke out. "I have been running a bit over recommended power levels, and this is much, much more chemical energy than I will need. . ."

They had gotten ready to break the fight up if necessary, but sat back down once a teacher stepped in. Currently they're just sort of sitting there, looking vaguely uncomfortable.

Aine had been quietly listening for a while and finally decides to pipe up

"So from what I'm getting war is bad correct? What is war?"

"...it's over, you know, at least physically. You're not going to be able to get at him, the staff here are going to be much stronger than us by dint of their very positions.""...yeah... pretty heavy, isn't it?"

"Stop strugglin'. It's only going to make 'em tighter... but anywho, is that really a reason to be rarin' to assault a feller? I mean sheesh, that's nothin', and yer actin' like you wanna kill the lad... So, how 'bout we put this behind us. All of us. We forget this here ever happened, and move on. Alright? If we can do that, then there be no need for any repercussions."
The teacher drinks from his mug, then stares at Akbar.
"Don't touch muh damn ropes, boy."

Tiana has walked back to the common room, and now continues to read her book while seated on a stool.

Jason has now entered the common room, as quietly as possible, and attempts to sneak past Tiana to get to his dorm. Instead... he trips on his shoelace... whoops.
Isaac listens to music through his earbuds as he sits in the common room, eyes closed.
Heather is inside her dorm room.
