The teacher storms off, and into the common room. He looks around, and nods, seeing to understand the situation. He holds out his hand, and sends forth what looks like blue ropes. They quickly tie around Anna and Osamu from shoulders to ankle, tightly. They're swiftly brought to the ground, but not in a hurtful manner. The teacher approaches the two slowly, and crouches down.
"Who wishes to explain the meanin' of this first?"
